Pro Evolution Soccer 2011

My next game is the champion's league final against Inter. So fecking immense playing in the CL. I'm 3rd in the league behind Real and Barca. My team is:

Mega attacking. Spent big on Gerrard who is coming in the summer, the rest are bargain buys.

Won my first six League games without conceding a goal, but I'm bored because the League games have become too easy, I'm not in the CL or Europa League and was knocked out of the cup on Penalties by cheating computer FC.
 
In my 2nd season in the master league

Got 2 players last season Russian gk and a dutch defender both rated 95

2nd in the league 2 points off Liverpool. My defence is rock solid, need to score alot more goals though....sold nearly everyone else!!! have a team of 16 year old super kids on the way

I re-started my ML after initially starting with MUFC - & a budget of 100M+!!! Struggled my ass off but bought in a bit of quality far too quick and started pushing Pool at the halfway mark of the season.

So I started out in D2 with PES United & "ML Original Players". Will take me at least 3-4 seasons to build a side anywhere near your level - which makes the game a bit more bearable and prolonged.
 
I am playing Master League with the proper Utd squad.

Whilst Master League Online is where i am building my team.
 
Starting to get into this, finally scored a few goals last night.

Just bought Lukaku as back up, Have a cracking swiss winger rated at 79 aged 18.

Ive never tried the master league online, is it any use?
 
I wouldn't say it's up there with the PES games of old, but it's easily the best of the ext gen efforts.

I really like the player individuality, and the way it can completely change the style of your team. For example, I have my ML United side set up with the exact same formation as the "real" United side. Yet, with my ML side I'll play everything into feet through Ronaldinho, beat players with a quick turn or burst of pace (Ronaldinho does that exact thing he does in real life where he stops and immediately pushes the ball on again with the same foot to create space), and use the likes of him and Robinho to play neat close control passing high up the pitch to open teams up. Where as with the actual United side I'll rely a lot more on the power of Rooney, and picking out balls into space from deep with Scholes. Even Obertan runs in that weird looking way that he does. Berbatov is still disappointingly un-Berbatov like though.
 
Possibly. It might just be his weird inhumane like body giving that impression. They've definitely put a lot into making one players strengths tell in being different from another's though.

Why is redcafe telling me in giant capital letters to send you a message via Skype?

How have you managed to get such a good team in just 1 season? I've only bought Bentley and Gibson and that put me in debt!
 
Depends who you are. I'm Valencia and at first bought a goalie for cheap, Mata on a free and promoted 2 youth players. In january I bought loads of cheap players from the transfer list, all for under a million. Djourou, Bentley, Ngog, Pacheco and Sissoko were all on transfer list. Then I won the CL which gives you quite a bit of money. Just being in the CL is obviously beneficial financially. Thought I had bankrupted myself when I bought Bale for £12m but just managed to scrape through in september when I changed all my staff to the shitest ones.

I think it's http, or something like that. Press right when you're selecting it and it comes up. It took me around three minutes on 7mb broadband. You'd almost certainly be quicker cancelling and doing it by http.

EDIT: They recommend it as it's less traffic for them to deal with.
 
The dlc that was out a couple of weeks ago. Spammy's just slow.

do you know if i start a master league and then add the option file would i have to resart master league for the changes to take place or would it change anyway?
 
I think (though I stand to be corrected) that some changes won't be in the game until you start a new ML.

Yeah, they've really upped the difficulty. Currently 1-1 against Spurs in a friendly on Top Player only thanks to an og on their part. Can't get near the goal otherwise

Unfortunately a lot of the difficulty comes from them introducing unrealistic elements into the game like superhuman strength/pace and the computer 'helping' you by taking control of your players at odd times and booting the ball away.
