Buy it. There'll be an unnofficial patch out by christmas with all the transfers updated and correct kits and team/competition names.

Controller, definitely. I can't imagine you playing the game with only 8 directions.
The PC demo ran smoother for me than the ps3 one.
I have a wireless xbox controller and a usb receiver for my pc. I did have to invest in a new battery recently though as there's only a certain amount of charges.
A non english PS3 version is now out on torrents.
No Bebe or Cleverley in United squad, Diouf and Welbeck still at United. I have to play using German so can't understand all stats....

Yes my pens end up all over the place.... Not figured out yet how to shoot a pen properly.
I played the FULL VERSION of this on my mate's hacked PS3 last night (and it was difficult at first because everything was in French and there was no English option)
Gameplay is improved, that's for sure. BUT like I've mentioned before, it does feel like a game you'd pay a fiver for on PSN/XBLA or find in the bargain bin at Morrisons.
It's never worth 40 quid - or even 30 quid for that matter. Physics are awful.
People keep saying "bring back PES 3 with shiny HD graphics". Well, this plays a little like PES 3 in my opinion so you guys will be happy - but it all feels old and very dated to me.
(On a last note, the music in the EDIT MODE is fecking hiarious - the mode is very good too, best in a PES game yet if you've got time to spare)

As far as i'm aware the demo is the final code so we've all been playing the full version for a bit now. I have a lot of complaints with this game but ball physics aren't one of them.

Played both demos on Xbox back to back now and like both football games in different ways. Pro evo was more testing I thought, more of a challenge and I didn't score a goal or get many shots. The movement isn't fully 360 and a bit chunky but its fine, it works alright I thought. Passing was good and so one and really enjoyed it t the point where I might by it. Also the end clip it shows of features at the end showed the Champions league trophy and it look amazing so will be a big plus point having that competition in there and you can see it from the menu shaded out on the demo. The game feels more of a passing style of old, more tighter than its rival and about working moves. FIFA had more space but maybe I need to play some more.
Only bad points where the menu's and music really, does look as professional as the other game. It actually say visually the game doesn't look as good in terms of graphics either IMO, like stadiums.

actually is one of the reasons i love pes. you get goal line scrambles every so often which are crazy. Usually 2 player on the same console brings up some pure laughter. From time to time it provides that extra entertainment. Just imagine your emotions and your mates sat next to you if that happened! Would be in stitches. I know i would be. Had similar situations but nothing like that

Only checked the first bug and it's bad enough to conclude this game is shoite.The pes demo is also the final version of the game so it's not going to be fixed. WTF kind of football game lets you run down the sidelines with defenders staring at your beautiful boots. PES development team - amateurs.

A guy working for PES said they knew about this buy and corrected it for the final version.Several gamers have the retail version and have confirmed that the bug is gone

in all fairness i have tried to go down the wing and get tackled many a time. I remember one game where Messi (me) got absolutely backpocketed by Badstuber on the demo. I just couldnt do it.
About time wasting tho.. what kind of faggot would use that glitch to his/her advantage? You have to be sad to waste time using a glitch.
