I'm actually not really talking about points. I'm talking about a teams mentality. Even Jose said he's going to have to lift the players for this one. He's right...you can easily get into a rut. Sure you may as well at some point..especially away at stoke when it's minus 2 degrees on a January afternoon, but as Ferguson always said....you need to start well in the Premier League...you can have your off times later once you have established points...but playing catch up early on is so much harder.
By the way, I edited it. 6 points if you lose. But still, it's nothing.

First of all, fans and players morale is fragile, next two games could become really tough and next month, we have Chelsea and Liverpool away in consecutive weeks. Yeah agreed. Lose against Watford...a team that United are supposedly meant to beat....fairly easily... and after the last week or so, that fragile morale starts to really eat in, no doubt. We aren't playing like City at the moment...so we need to grind out with wins at the moment. We can't afford to lose this one.
