To be honest with wonder trade and the GTS I don't think it makes too much difference as it's so easy to trade the exclusives these days.

The patch of grass in the wee garden inside the trainers school. Magnemites there too, but it's all about the Grimers.
EDIT: Apparently you can get them in the town after the trainers school, but all I saw were a million Abras.
DOUBLE EDIT: The Grimer I found was Adamant.

Just reached the first "daycare". They're called nurseries now and you're Pokemon no longer level up and it doesn't therefore cost you money like they used to. Also doesn't ruin your Pokemons moveset if it levels up in there. So good.
Makes sense.
