Think he was -7 at one stage fri night as well. Mad tournament, Louis must be cursing being paired with Tiger on the first day.

Especially that I had a tenner on him at 22 .Shot a 77 on Friday, then finished with pair of 66s and a 67. Outstanding golf, would have been really nice to see him win this tournament
I'd Louis backed if it makes you feel better, shoots a 77 Thursday and gets beat a shot.Especially that I had a tenner on him at 22 .
A spokesman for McIlroy, who will have further scans on his ankle over the next 48 hours, said he has not yet ruled himself out of the Open.
I put the US tour on to see how Spieth is doing, my god the commentator is the worst I think I've ever heard.
Anyone going to St Andrews this week? I've seen Speith's odds of winning anywhere from 4.5 - 6 to 1. After watching him play firsthand at Chambers Bay, wouldn't be surprised at all if he pulled it off. Early indications are weather will be an issue for Friday and Saturday.
Tbf, he's a golfer not some WWE personality. I'm more impressed by the composure he's shown under pressure rather than his lack of charisma. Very eloquent as well. Kid is only 21.Gutted Rory won't make it, I really thought he would be in with a chance at St Andrews. I've got nothing against Speith, he's a fantastic golfer, he just lacks charisma not only in himself, but in his play too. It's all very robotic and quite boring at times. If he plays as he has been recently he will surely be in the final pair on Sunday.
I'm still holding out hope that Westwood or Sergio will finally get the Major they deserve.

Fair enough, I agree he's not the most exciting personality. But the combination of his robot-like approach and normal/boring demeanor is the perfect recipe to winning a lot of tournaments. I love Rory. But I'm more impressed by Spieth. Could have a future Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer type rivalry here. Arnie was beloved, but Jack won more.I appreciate that, and as I said, he's a fantastic golfer and there is no doubting his talent. He plays with the confidence, experience and composure of someone well beyond his years. I am not taking anything away from him with my comments, I admire and respect his talent immensely, I just don't get too exited when watching him play or listening to his interviews.

BBCIs it on BBC or Sky?
iPlayer?Has anyone got a BBC river for this? All I can find is ESPN and all they are doing is taking ads and talking about Tiger.
His 8 was on 17 wasn't it?Backed Lowry and Fowler. I thought Lowry had a great chance to win. -3 going up the 18th and gets an 8. Out of it already realistically.

Still, though...
I only noticed because I remember thinking he showed good composure to go and par 18 after doing that.Sorry. Thought it was 18.
Phil being ridiculous again. I hate it when he hits perfect drives, he's so much better when scrambling, pure genius.
Still bogeyed though. It's better watching him when his drives are wayward.
Yeah, I was going to say I spoke too soon. That third shot was majestic though, from the trampled springy rough, over the hedge and nearly hits the pin.
And as I type this he hits another pretty impressive floaty flop shot that he loves so much.
If Spieth wins the Open and then the PGA Championship this year, maybe we won't have to hear about Tiger anymore.
