Seems like another coordinated stunt by Juventus. They want to project wider interest in Pogba to jack up his value, and have been known to use journalists or friendly media as propaganda pieces in the past. Articles like this one suggesting potential €100 million deals or the Tuttosport £58 million Barcelona bid will be used as transfer fee markers.
I highly doubt we'd be willing to pay that much for a single player.

Smashing the transfer record to sign someone we got on a free or that same player taking the PL by storm for a rival are both scenarios I don't even want to think about. Either he retires at Juventus or gets abducted by aliens. Every other option is a pain in the balls.

As much as id love him you get the feeling some players want to travel around and play for different clubs.. I think Pogba will be on of those people, for that reason i wouldn't want him simply. Id rather Schneiderlin out of the two

The rumour mill seems to suggest Woodward is desperate to swing his at his follow chief executives across europe. Sadly I don't see them selling Verratti no matter what. Seems to be a lynchpin for their future plans. If they do go for Pogba I can see them throwing Cavani in Juventus' direction for next to nothing.
