I dont even care much about whole Pogba and fat cnut situation but this desperation to blame him, regardless of him playing or not, brings back nostalgia of Serbia during 90`s, people standing in line for milk and bread while followers and regime looking around trying to find people to pin the blame of misery on them, while calling them traitors, western spies etc. Good times.

We have invested £100+m in him with wages etc, it means we can’t invest elsewhere and he is adding NOTHING at this point in fact he is negative to the team.

His fans will all say look he’s obviously injured, there is a charade going on here and the saying that if you don’t who the sucker in the room is, it’s you. Applies here.

He never got an operation the first time. He had a cast put on and let the ankle heal naturally for a few months. Obviously they hoped it would go better but it didn't and now needs surgery.

What the actual feck does that even mean? Is Ole questioning what "Pogba's people" have been telling him? And how will an operation fix the problem quicker when it will take another 2 months to get fit again?

How does he go from playing a couple of cameos recently, saved for arsenal to needing an operation. Either shit advisors or a charade, you know where I am on this circus.

See you absolute mad hatter's. Injured. In your quest to hate him you blame him for everything.

Obviously the club tool a risk with him not getting surgery the first time and unfortunately it didn't pay off.

Shut happens.

What's the conspiracy now lads? He did it on purpose?

See Rochdale game and you have your answer. Also Ole said it flared up after those games. So reasonable to assume they hoped it healed after leaving it rest a few months but it didn't so now surgery the only option.

If this was any other player people wouldn't have a new conspiracy every week.

Charade - club, player and entourage in on it - suckers

Are you insane? Ole saying it's nothing serious, but Pogba's people want a surgery? Do you even understand what the difference between "not serious" and "surgery required" is?

Something not serious can need surgery. Ole said himself his ankle flared up after the caemos. Clearly isn't in great nick.

An ankle injury going into month four, your all gullible. Been watching football 40 years and in the days where a sponge and a cold bucket of water was the treatment to most injuries I’ve never known an “ankle” injury go on so long. I broke my ankle playing football once, had ambulance, cast and full treatment and I was back playing sooner.

So it was just Ole wording his sentence wrong. Too late for corrections, everyone will now be talking about how he’s just doing whatever he wants for the next month.

BBC said it required a surgery :

https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/50816540

Pogba has played only six times this season, having required surgery to correct his ankle problem.

Anyway away from that surgery part the rest of the quote doesn't make sense. Why it's his people that advised him and not our medical team? And there was nothing post Newcastle game that indicated he was going to miss another mother. Ole himself didn't say anything about him being injured pre Burnley, just that he isn't ready to play 2 games in a row. He even said he hopes he will be able to travel to Arsenal. That's what he said pre Arsenal game :

https://www.manutd.com/en/news/deta...mier-league-match-v-arsenal-on-1-january-2020

Suddenly he's going to have an operation and will be out for a month?

And again this "his people" part is the most bizarre thing in the quote.

No, it does not need surgery if it's not serious. Surgery is the last procedure when other recovery methods won't work. Which means "serious" problem.

That's not true, surgery isn't necessarily the last procedure it can be one of the procedures.

I stepped off a curb wrong last year and couldn’t run for three months. I didn’t do proper rehab and went back to work quickly. Now my ankle clicks every time I rotate it. Ligaments are different to bone.

I know nothing about how about Pogba’s injury and neither do you. You’re just guessing yeah?

Was a but strange but Ole said that and then expanded later on that we have looked at him and agree he needs the surgery so the witch hunt really has to end.

Like im sure he is going in the summer too but the hatred for something completely unproven is mental.

If he was faking he'd be sold but the club fight to keep him. We've had way more injury prone players mad it's only him that's it is somehow absurd to need surgery.

@el3mel showed that Pogba was supposed to have an operation initially and that was why he was in a cast. An ankle operation is always bad due to how complex the structure is there and how long it takes to heal. So it's either serious or not, it either needs an operation or it doesn't,
They always had their own doctors, like everyone else.
Who else on our team has his own doctor?

Are we going at anything anymore? Can't even diagnose an injury properly. He's been out for 3 n half months. He should be back now. Could have had an operation on day 1 in October.

The club is shit from top to bottom. Nobody above the youth sides in a management role is good enough. Glazers, Woodward, Ole all need to go. Shambolic.

Anyway, this 1 month bullshit is frustrating. We all know we won't see him for a good part of the next 3 months. If we don't buy multiple players in January, this season is a wrap.

You've watched footy for 40 years and suddenly you're a medical expert are you? Good for you that you ankle fully healed. Doesn't mean his can/will/should do the same.

Weirdest ankle injury in 40 years of me following football ever, would rather he would have pretended it was ligament or metatarsal in the first place but I guess that wouldn’t help with the transfer he wants.

Look, I don't think he's faking anything at all otherwise he would have been actually fined or punished. If the injury is fake, it's probably the club that is faking it till the Jan window is closed imo. I also won't say it's 100 percent sure that's he's not injured. Might be really a freak injury and there's nothing in this but the whole situation honestly does not make any kind of sense for me.

The show i'm watching just showed Giggsy a Pogba tweet or something similar of him sitting down in front of a screen in a car or room; I couldn't tell. The comment he wrote was; What a great way to start the new year. Giggsy didn't seem impressed and I would of thought that helping his side to beat Arsenal would have been a better start for the year.

It's not necessarily hatred, that is just such a reactionary judgement of the situation. It's frustration from most fans because Pogba is our best midfielder and we have noone to play there right now. We needed him so much and we can't rely on him yet again.

Who else on our team has his own doctor?

Probably all of them and here we are talking about an orthopedic surgeon, it's not rare for athletes to get more than one opinion. One of the bests used to be PSG's doctor who operated Ronaldo.

My word. The state of it all.

I've had a second and a third opinion on my shoulder injury and I'm not even an athlete

No player on our team is close to Ronaldo's status or earnings. Ronaldo is a whole conglomerate, of course he has a team that is fully dedicated solely on him.

Because you are not an athlete and you don't work for multi-million organisations that have to take care of your health. If you were an athlete, you'd be way past your best after so many operations.

What has their earnings got to do with it? I'm not talking about a taem solely dedicated on him.

Everything. Ronaldo's well-being is worth hundreds of millions a year so it's practical for him to have a full team of specialists. That doesn't apply to any player in our team.

What are you on about? You do realize that surgeons have offices, where people get consulted?

So they couldn't consult Pogba to have an operation when the injury first happened? Or did he have a surgery, like it is reported by the BBC, and now needs a new one? So is the injury serious or not because it's supposed to be not that bad, according to Ole?

My understanding is that it's the club that dealt with it the first time and it seems that after two diagnosis from the club, the player decided to have the opinion of someone else.
