His injury record combined with the way he went down against West Ham, i expected him to be out for atleast a few games. I was positively surprised when i noticed his name as a reserve player.
I really like him. The way he wriggles out of tight spaces and the consistent accuracy of his short passes is great. And rare enough in our squad.
Impressive off the bench. I love the way he plays out of the press with such ease.

Yeah, I agree. He’s a very accomplished footballer who is also a good defender. He isn’t blessed with athleticism, but he’s quick enough, agile enough, strong enough and pretty mobile so that it’s not an issue.
Yup. We’ve been very lucky with him in terms of injuries and I love that that’s the case. He’s definitely been our best outfield player, if not our best player full stop, this season.
