I remember that recovery tackle, brilliant defending, but the referee, as per usual, gives a free kick when a player falls over screaming, I don't think Maz actually touched him.

There was nothing in it, he got the ball and the contact following was as minimal as it gets.

Yeah he’s not a RWB. I did wonder where he’d fit in under Amorim. Cos he doesn’t have the athleticism to play as a marauding wing back. RCB he does a job but I did think Yoro looked good as the game went on.

Poor performance by his standards. Think he got a little unlucky the ball kept ricocheting off him straight to Spurs players. Someone should have been open at the back post for a tap-in when he was put through, you could tell he was expecting Garnacho or Zirkzee to make a run and then was forced to shoot.

Agree with the sentiment here. It wasn’t what I was expecting, but I’ve much preferred his games at RCB to RWB.

Don’t think Ruben is keen on a right footer LCB though…. And Martinez having to cover for Garnacho isn’t worth thinking about.
