Take it with a pinch of salt.. but didn’t this guy get the news of us ETH’s interview spot on, before anyone else?

I also think him and Raza are the same person

no you didn't someone else made that up
Don’t believe it was said to have been agreed. Just that it was thought that 5m would be around the price Ajax would accept.

Not him but the guy he quoted.

If this is true I look forward to it being leaked immediately.

Luke Shaw, I'm counting on you, fatty.

Have we officially approached/interview anyone else beside ETH?

I'd trust him over anyone on here. And that's my point, everyone seems to judge others based on whether they share the same views as them, as if they have all the answers. I bet Fergie and some ex players would school is in knowledge of football, even current stuff.

Fergie and Ex players like who?

We have people on Redcafe naming unknown players in the German league before they spring up with bright International debuts but you expect me to believe Ex players who don’t want ETH because they don’t really know him to know more than us?

Give it a rest.

Yes the interview part broke after the meeting took place but this account ( the guy he is quoting) mentioned about meeting before anyone else.

This could be interesting but it could simply mean they say who are the front runner and what is the timeline of appointment instead of telling who the final appointment is.

Let’s be real if there’s any truth in the players being told today we will find out who the next manager is today, we are the king of leaks.

"Doritos no more! Ten Hag's ten commandments cause dressing room stir as chief execs tell players to shape up for new boss"

This makes no sense….United won’t tell the players about the process unless it’s finalised…

If there is a meeting today, means we have made a final decision…. Or there is no meeting at all….

It's not that at all. But going with Fergie's opinion at this stage just seems based on sentimentality to me. I can't see any logic behind it.

As for judging others for their opinions, I don't believe I've done that but you're the one calling people 'geniuses' so maybe take your own advice.

Yeah they're not going to tell their players before it's all official and agreed with ten Hag and Ajax.

The only sort of reason I could ever imagine that the players would he told who going to be the new manager, is purely to tell them half of them are playing for their futures at the club. Maybe get a strong finish from them in the league.

Would defo throw a rocket up them, reality would set in that Rangnick is literally grading them for new manager coming in.

Could have totally made this all up

I feel Ten Hag ideas about football are suitable to a club of united status and we know he has the ability to implement it based on the job he has done at Ajax.
His tenure being a success will come down to how he can manage the dressing room and make the right signings required to implement his ideas.

He's an absolute bullshitter

To be honest it seemed like he was joining City at that time. All tier 1 were saying the same. Something changed next day.

His other report of Ten Hag meeting was bang on and there wasnt a single journalist who said anything about that before the interview.

Assuming that's true, surely they realize telling the players means telling the world, right?

I think the bull shit part comes from SAF giving him his blessing, when in fact every single journalist said that he was one of the main reasons he ended up picking United again.

I’d encourage anyone who wants to put any stock in what he posts to just have a read of his timeline and make up their own mind about whether one person is likely to be privy to the Inner workings of several top clubs and players around Europe. He often breaks multiple ‘exclusives’ in one day which is sure fire sign of spoofery IMO.

I agree, he's full of shit.

Gary Neville said Man Utd have an aging squad and at the end of Next Season it will be 13 players 30 or over. The 5th or 6th oldest in the league.

He was actually 1 sort and it is 14.

Of the players who are over 30, Cavani, Mata and Grant will be leaving. The others are Ronaldo, Heaton, De Gea and Matic

Players turning who are or turning 30 Pogba and Lingard both look like leaving, Jones, Maguire, Fred, Telles and Varane.

How can they have 14 players over 30 at the end of next season when 5 of them aren't even due to be on the books at the end of this season for starters? Complete nonsense.

Assuming that's true, surely they realize telling the players means telling the world, right?
Or they can't officially announce the appointment yet, but want the eventual leak keep the hype up, especially now there is little excitement about the season campaign end.

Who knows?

They'll do it on April 1st so if the players don't react well they can say April's fool and move to the next candidate.
