Yeah, won't mind that. Till this draft is going on we can discuss a couple of things:

1. To define political borders for countries in same continent but separated by water e.g. France and England, the manager would have to show that you can go from the first country to the second if you can draw a straight line ON A MAP between the two without any other country's land coming in between.

2. And for defining which country a player belongs to, we will have following criteria, in order of preference:
  • A Nation is defined as one that has or has had a national team participating in FIFA competitions (e.g. no Catalunya).
  • If a player has played for two NTs, the NT of birth applies (e.g. Di Stefano is Argentinian).
  • If a player played for a multi-nation NT (e.g. Yugoslavia), their NT is defined as that of their city of birth.
(Credit to @antohan for the country definition rules).

Any exceptions that may come out of the above, please highlight.
