NBA 2018-2019

Nuggets could tie the Warriors for the lead in the West if they win later. Why am I still awake?

The Lakers were bad this season but their injury problems were bad too.
- LeBron was out for 17 games
- Ball is out since January 19 and is now out for the rest of the season
- Rondo was out for many games
- And now Ingram....all the best to him

Feel really bad for him, hopefully he'll come through it.

That's a crazy sequence of event. As crazy as the media are around the Lakers+LBJ, I hope they come back stronger next season with a lot less of these issues.

the lakers are mo wagners team now.
I love this guy....well everyone in LA loves him :D
Great game in his 1st NBA start!!!
He was part of the big Lakers injury problems too.....his knee injury in the Summer League was a massive blow.
Kuzma is currently out too so he should get more starts anyway.

Oh and to see LeBron on the court with Bullock, Williams, Caruso and Bonga for a few minutes was funny :lol::lol:

Luka Doncic run away rookie of the year. What a talent.

Harden should have sat out the game tonight and let his wrist heal.
The Warriors should have sat the game out tonight. Actually, maybe they did because the Suns are deservedly winning this. As a conclusion though, I really wish teams would learn that if the 3 point shot is not falling try a plan B.

He couldn't hit a barn door from 3 tonight and neither could anybody else in a Dubs uniform. 10-43 as a team. Even Westbrook shoots better than that.

Blake Griffin is a better 3pt shooter than Durant

What a win for Clippers, they properly killed Boston twice this season. First a dramatic comeback from 28 down or something, now a 25-point win in LA.

They more or less secured playoffs already, 39-29. Now it is about getting a higher seed. I think 6th or 7th is good this year because you are likely to avoid Warriors until WCF.

However badly you think your franchise is run, this is the owner of the NY Knicks. God save us all

Good win tonight. Even though the Dubs won I'm still more scared of the Rockets than any other team. My abiding memory of the game though is that this 3 point shooting is getting ridiculous. It cost the Dubs against the Suns in their last game and it probably cost the Rockets tonight. I know 3 point shooting is the flavor of the decade, but it's only a good tactic when they go in. If you can shoot 40%+ have at it. When you're shooting less than 30% it might be time for a plan B.

27% from 3 is equal to 40% from 2. 33% from 3 is equal to 50% from 2. And so on.
The Rockets were 11-41 from 3 tonight which is just under 27 percent which as you point out translates to about 40 percent from 2. Most teams would expect to shoot better than that from inside the arc. So I say again if you're shooting under 30 percent from 3 it's probably at least to be considered that you might want to try something else.
