NBA 2018-2019

Any hope of the #2 seed is essentially gone (barring a 4th quarter miracle). Denver definitely have our number this season. Need to hopefully hold off a strong finishing Portland team and keep the #3 seed. That will still likely mean a Houston or Jazz first round match-up though :nervous:

Don't write yourselves off just yet. We have a very hard schedule until the end of the season, anything can happen. Our team is so young so who knows how we will handle the pressure.

As for the H2H matchup - we have some strong perimiter defenders to run with George and Westbrook in Harris, Craig and Beasley. We also have Millsap who is still a top defender.

I think we have enough potential scorers too that we stretched you thin in the end. Barton having a good game certainly helps a lot in this regard.

The key though is that the Joker has been able to take Adams to town.

Also doesn't help that you had fatboy Felton playing 8 mins and offering up 3 hardboiled eggs. Unless he was trying to lock down someone?

The 2nd hardest apparently. Only problem is OKC have the hardest .

Bigs who can stretch the floor cause Adams a lot of problems. I hope Denver go well in the playoffs though.

Got to hold your hands up to Dwyane Wade. That was damned impressive.

That was ridiculous! What a legend!

Just when KD was taking the free throws the commentator was like he has 22 and he averaged 25 against the Warriors. I was like wouldn't it be funny now... :D

atlanta is really fun to watch. trae young had 36-8-10, john collins had 34-8 and vince carter is still playing in the nba

That Young trade is not going to look so bad come the end of the season. Young is quality.

I have hoped you were at Staples Center yesterday :D

Hah, wanted to go but had a company dinner & beer and skipped. Still watched this on TV, didn't think Lakers were particularly great and I can see them getting killed on Friday. LeBron will raise his game for the Bucks though, it will be very interesting. Flying back to Poland on Saturday so it will be a nice goodbye evening.

I love that guy now. I want Atlanta to get Zion so badly. Zion with Trae and Collins would be AMAZING.

Yes and yes.

Have a nice time :) and maybe good luck on the court

It’s so hard to play with Curry. He went 4-14 from three last night and cost them the game against Miami, tonight he is abysmal 5-17 from three and 12-33 from field yet keeps taking shots. He has taken 31 threes over last two games and made just 9 of them yet you can be certain he will keep taking them despite the fact that it just lost them second game. It must be annoying for fans and players to witness such selfish player not recognize that he’s having a bad day.

33–15 to Orlando in the fourth quarter now, unbelievable.

It really is annoying you're right but it just goes to show that if you put up enough shots you're going to get 30 points. I'm not going to change my view just cause it's Curry instead of Harden. IMLTHO that high a usage rate is usually not good for the team. As an aside (and I'm still not condoning taking that many threes) but Curry's 5-17 as bad as it was was still better than the rest of the team who we're a combined 4-23 from three. The problem tonight was the team as a whole just took too many shots from beyond the arc when they weren't dropping.

Harden was great tonight, really showed his unselfishness by scoring so much even though he was tired.
He was but after going 1-21 from three in his previous two games it was about time.

This doesn't happen often though?

This is why the NBA is painful to watch. Teams and players struggle to shoot from 3pt but they still keep throwing bricks after bricks. Attack the damn paint if the outside is not "on"

Trae Young has been unbelievable recently. 43 points tonight already.

Sitting at a very good seat at Staples Center waiting for Lakers v Bucks to begin, wearing a Giannis shirt and watching Portland v Toronto on League Pass while I’m doing that. I love my life.
