Absolutely, as the BBC reported, I think Mourinho knew as early as January for sure that the job was his come the summer. Ample time to get things done and furthermore do them covertly - such as the house hunt.

He still won the league in both Spain and England after Inter. Did he win the Copa Del Rey and FA Cup? Not sure about that. Regarding UCL, he was waiting till he took over United to win that
