What is the full doco that is from ?
It's an ITV documentary done a few years back called 'ITV Presents: Mourinho' when he was approaching his 50th birthday. It's very good, here's the best stream I could find mate:

It will be fun to poach high profile targets from our rivals again. I've missed that from the Fergie era.

If true, the obvious guess for me would be zlatan (free transfer, good mix between youth and experience with him, rashford and martial) and Verane (not happy being on the bench at madrid and i don't think Blind is his type of defender - he likes tall, strong types)
Zlatan and Varane would be a stunning start to our summer business.

Mourinho purchase is always mostly shrewd signing, even better than saf. He got it right most of the time both in value and how they easilly slot to his team since day 1

He's probably been scouting and scheming since December. He'll want to hit the ground running!

He's a psychologist, a tactician, a winner, but most-importantly, he's a man-manager, who will get the best out of his players.

We've not had that since Sir Alex. Exciting times ahead.

Does this mean we're we finally going to stop selling players for peanuts and and paying fortunes when we buy them?

I have watched this multiple times. I love the part where towards end, possibility of Mourinho one day managing United is discussed with SAF. Since I watched it, I am waiting for it to come true. Looks like that day is very near now :)

Fecking hell they're hounding him everywhere he goes. Pathetic from the British media to be honest.

JOSE KEEPING QUIET

Jose Mourinho was staying tight-lipped over the prospect of becoming the new Manchester United manager when he was spotted leaving his house in London earlier this afternoon…

Willian pls

Yes please.

Just watched that video. Barca were real babies after that Inter game, with the sprinklers and Valdes not allowing Mourinho to gesture to the crowd. Sanctimonious lot.

 "spotted", not sure they can use that word when they're camping outside his fecking house!

It'd be great if you could get a restraining order from the press. It's actually embarrassing, from press outside him having dinner in Milan to every event such as yesterday it's ridiculous.

Essien, Adebayor (loan), Coentrão, Altintop, Sahin, Pedro Leon...and that's just at Real Madrid.

Genuine question - how many debuts has pep given to young players?
How many in Bayern especially?? It was easier in Barca, where everything was perfectly placed for him.

I think the Man City job will be the most important challenge for Pep. At least in my eyes, I would rate him anything world class only if he manages to succeed hugely with City. Barca was like his home and of course he did a good job there. Bayern, I would consider it was an average show. Winning in Germany is a given when one see the gulf of class between Bayern and other teams. It is in UCL, the real challenge should have been.

Starting to think bbc jumped the gun...
If it was a solid news from Mendes camp, obviously even BBC would have reported, because it is a solid source.
Utd however can't announce anything till he signs the dotted line. I believe that Utd wouldn't want to give out "LvG is fired and we are searching for a new manager" kind of news.
