Dribbling breaks defenses down by taking defenders out of the equation and forcing other defenders to leave their position. Vision leads to a lot of dangerous attacks. How is that not more important than what you listed (aerial strength as Messi has everything else you listed too)?

Of course Barca had notable victories over the PL teams but it's not only Messi who's a quality player on that team. He had plenty support, he didn't do it all by himself.

Adapting to different style of play also contributes to a player's quality. That's just my opinion you might think that it doesn't and that's your right. In not going to try ti change your mind and you're not going to change mine.

Adapting to a different playstyle? Just look at the role Ronaldo play for Real Madrid and United during his peak years. He plays the exact same way since 2008. He has total freedom to go everywhere, but starts from the wing. He gets into good scoring positions and finishes as good as anyone. Ronaldo didn't have to adapt his playstyle. It's not like he's playing in a possession based team with a different role.
I think Messi is better because he is better. I'm not a fan boy and try to be as objective as I can be. I have no problem praising rival players. A lot of us have no reason to prefer Messi over Ronaldo considering Ronaldo was a United player and helped us win titles. A fact is a fact. If Messi was a dick who bit players and was racist it still wouldn't change my mind because all of that is irrelevant. I don't take Ronaldo's antics into account and nobody should either.
The premier league is a much more physical league. More hard tackles more aggressive. That's what I meant by adapting. I don't think Messi will shine in the English league the way Ronaldo did. He's like a one trick pony who excels at familiarity. Barca is the only place he will ever shine.
Players less good and less strong on the ball than Messi have been successful in England (David Silva being the best example) so Messi would have no pb in the very tough and "physical" PL. Are you really serious ?

So im asking the question to the non retarded readers (which seems to be close to 0) in this thread, that why Messi is better in their eyes. Because they seem to value entertainment more then efficiency when calling someone "the best".
It's not like Messi isn't "efficient" though is it ? He generates more goals and chances than Ronaldo. So he's more efficient and definitely more pleasing on the eye. If that doesn't make him better, what could ?

Any neutral non-Barca or Real/United fan will tell you Messi is the superior player. Anyone who watches them both respectively will confirm this for you.
But please, rationalise your opinion and explain why and how exactly Ronaldo is superior. Keeping in him he cannot dribble, pass, has vision, dictate tempo, shoot from distance, score free-kicks, track-back, tackle and assist like Messi. Though I guess he can jump higher, is lazier and is far better looking.
