Drugs are illegal yet people still get their hands on them. If you “ban” guns if someone with bad intentions wants a gun believe me they will still get it. The difference then is it will be open season because innocent people will not have guns to protect themselves. I rather be able to carry and protect myself in a situation like that.

If you think guns are the problem and not mental health then that’s your first problem right their.

How do you explain every statistic that shows how little gun violence there are in other western countries, with stricter gun laws, compared to the US?

Of course mental health matters too, but Jesus, at least make it harder for the freaks to stock up! No normal human being has the need to own a semi or full automatic weapon.
