Google is saying £15.9m, how did you calculate it?
He's on about €15m not €20m.

How do you think Dier will do in England the coming season compared to Rojo?
Berbatov did, din't he?
fecks sake
Well, if the club break their promise to let him go and he really wants to play for us I don't see the big problem. The club were unprofessional on their behalf too.Never like to see players refuse to train with their current club, just looks unprofessional and gives a bad impression of their character.
When I said £11m I just did a rough conversion in my head, but when I checked Google it says £11.97m.Google is saying £15.9m, how did you calculate it?

A centerback that tries this in defense, must be very good with the ball on his feet. What does this mean for Blackett though? He did well at lcb during pre-season.
Well as long as he's not an injury prone defender I suppose I'll take him.
Rather him than Vermaelen.
I'd say they're very angry after this transfer window, already lost some of their best players, goalkeeper Jan Oblak and left-back Guilherme Siqueira to Atletico Madrid, centre back Ezequiel Garay to Zenit St. Petersburg, winger Lazar Markovic to Liverpool, and duo Andre Gomes and Rodrigo to Valencia.

Well he can have bad luck in a play but i wouldn´t worry about that. He´s not injury prone. He´s very strong physically. He has the physical tools for a demanding and long season of english football.
That doesn't really add up though, with people saying his clause is 15M too. They have to let him go if that's the case, right? The 'promise' was made by the old president. He can't just expect it with the new one because someone else 'agreed' to it.
They were all Benfica players, not Sporting..
You clearly think the price is €20m but the general consensus now is that it's €15m. So about £12m is right.

I only read that:His clause isn't €15m, it's still €30m as far as I know. The €15m was apparently just a 'verbal agreement' he had with the old president and because we've offered €20m he feels like that should still be honored.
He´s off to my ignore list. That´s like confusing United with City I´m just kidding mate, i know it was an honest mistake
Kinda reminds me of Rafael, if he were taller.
Clear strengths - aggression in both boxes, heading ability, physically strong and fairly quick, very comfortable on the ball.
Clear weaknesses - positional awareness, showboating and a bit mental
Kind of underwhelming.... Looked good at the World Cup but I never really paid attention to him before. Is he mainly a center back or fullback? Would he be better then one of our 3 defenders? An obvious positive would be that he stays fit and isn't injury prone, and is good on the ball.
That's an understatement, it's been bloody awful. Just sign Benatia ffs.Apart from those two days early in the window, this window has been awful. Having only seen this guy at the world cup it's hard to judge but I wasn't overly impressed then. We need an experienced leader at the back, not another up and coming raw talent.
