Hojlund may have a tough time trying to get the ball anywhere near the final third.

We keep spending more and more and the team gets worse and worsePiss poor 11 that. What the heck has this club used its money on... its insane
That stat on sky is crazy.
Nine goals with either Antony or Amad at RWB.
Zero goals with Dalot or Maz there…
Specifically right wing backThat's mad. Is that specifically the rwb position or did you mean with either wing back position? The bigger issue for me is that we don't really have anyone to play on the left.
There’s no on obvious choice, probably rolling the dice for any of the un-benchable.Giving Lisandro the captains band is a strange one

I've got this one down for a 1-1 draw.Once in 50 years Man United have lost to Newcastle in Old Trafford in a league game. (0-1 in 2013 under Moyes) going by the cafe this will be a 2nd defeat and the heaviest defeat at home to the magpies since 1972 which was 0-2.
Newcastle's Away form in the Premier League this season.
- 23% Man Utd 0:3 Newcastle
- 13% Man Utd 1:3 Newcastle
- 12% Man Utd 0:2 Newcastle
- 12% Man Utd 0:4 Newcastle

Man United's home form is similar

Amad should be back there or worst case Antony if he really wants Amad as a 10. Having both Dalot and Maz as our WBs it’s creative enough at all. That stat on sky is crazy.

Brings back memories. My dad took me to my first game when I was 9, which was 60 years ago. It's a great tradition to begin mate. Well done.Taking my ten year old son to his first game, I should be getting done for child abuse, I can see us getting absolutely smashed, this is your club for life son.
I think he will get a mixed reception. It will be interesting to see the reception Rashford get at OT when he inevitably comes on and does nothing.
What did he say?Carragher makes a lot of great points
Heard it from listening to the post Wolves and pre match Newcastle match conferences.I’ve seen nothing like this in the media
Perhaps you’re just paranoid
Eriksen and Casemiro as a pairing scares me. Amorim definitely knows its a risky pairing but does has have a viable alternative? Our golden oldies against the most athletic midfield unit in the league... what could possibly go wrong?
We're either going to control this game or get completely overrun.
What did he say?
Stuff about how we sprint less under Amorim and how it's reminiscent of early LVG days. Stable but without the sharp edge up front. Says how ETHs style isn't sustainable with the ridiculous transitions etcWhat did he say?
Specifically right wing back
You either need exceptional technique and control, or power and legs to match up with them. Doesn't look good having no legs or athleticism in there unless we play a great game.Eriksen and Casemiro as a pairing scares me. Yeah, I think if Mount had been fit then we would have seen more of Amad at wing back. Ideally, I would have Mainoo and Mount behind the striker, with Amad moved permanently to wing back until the summer.Interesting. I think the best player we've had in that position this season has been Amad, tbh. But, the problem with putting him there is that we then can't play him in the position behind the striker...but it's difficult to tell if that is actually the best or right position for him right now.
I'd be tempted to put Amad in the rwb slot, then Antony on the left. Dalot and Maz will have to be rotation options. The issue is then who plays behind Hojlund. Maybe Garnacho alongside Zirkzee?
We need Hojlund and Amad to be making runs in behind to stretch the opposition, and then we need Eriksen and Zirkzee to find them with the right passes. This position could really suit Zirkzee. Huge opportunity for him tonight to impress in that position.
