    Probably just making up the numbers. Doubt he will come on unless there is an actual way back for him.

    I find Garnacho in the bench again more interesting, has he started since he was dropped a few weeks ago?

    Never heard the expression the table doesn’t Lie. Give him until Xmas next year and if we haven’t dramatically improved then you can start the silliness. Man City need some new fans now if you seriously expect Amorim
    to have turned a team in 14th into challengers in less than two months.

    That lineup is scary. Mazraoui at RWB, Dalot at LWB, Zirkzee starting, our slowest two in midfield :nervous:

    Casemiro and Eriksen vs Tonali,Bruno G and Joelinton says we are going to get smashed.
    Trust the process but the players are utter dross.
     
    It’s bad enough when we have to put up with either Hojlund or Big Z, but both are the same time is cutting it.
     
    Looks like a side that that will get completely overrun while offering zero goal threat.
     
    Very happy to see Martinez as captain, I hope he steps up and bosses the game like we know he can.

    First time playing both Hojlund and Zirkzee? Interesting to see how that works. Still playing 2 full backs in wing back slots so expecting the same dross as every other game we've tried it.

    Not for the first time (but maybe the 3027th), the team doesn't look balanced. I have absolutely no idea what Zirkzee brings... I really hope Ruben is going to the sales next week

    That’s pretty much the case irrespective of our lineup but tonight’s lineup is even worse than normal.
     
    Will be interesting to see Eriksen, Zirkzee, Hojlund and Amad on the pitch at the same time. Zirkzee and Hojlund haven't played together that often, so that's interesting at least. Amad is the only real one with any pace there, but Eriksen at least has a good footballing brain to spot those runs and make the right pass at the right time. The optimist in me says that Zirkzee and Eriksen will at least hold the ball and look for a quick or clever pass to set Amad of Hojlund free.
     
    Case, Eriksen and Zirkzee in and around our midfield against Bruno G, Joelington and Tonali. This could get ugly.

    It’s that bad id say the chance of us winning this are non existent

    Yeah, Garnacho hasn't been very good lately to be honest though, even when coming on.
    I'm sure Amorim knows what he's doing.
