You're being deceived. Newcastle wrapped the game up and then took the foot off the pedal knowing we'd not be able to hurt them. They're conserving energy for their next game whilst we flail about trying to score a single goal.Honestly better second half. Wish we had started like this.
Amorim's fingerprints are all over this loss. That midfield setup was a fecking disaster waiting to happen, everyone but him knew it.
I would be very dissapointed with the club if they sacked him.
It's so clearly the players. NOT the manager.
When’s the next realistic PL win?
...Dalot was one of the best right-backs around Carrington, he meant.Upon his arrival, coach Jose Mourinho said that, considering his young age, Dalot was one of the best right-backs around.
By "best people in business"The decision to stick with ETH over the Summer has been disasterous. One of the worst calls in decades.
I do see our point, but yes I honestly think they think they have the best young coach in Europe. He will get time and it's not as if a new manager bounce will do anything with this lotHe survives if we’re within 6 points of the drop in April?
Wrong starting 11 from us costed us the game.
What a crap post thisRuben Amorim 8 PL games 2 wins 1 draw 5 defeats and 3 Home defeats, we are now in a relegation battle because of this clown playing 5221.
We can’t score goals that will happen when your shite and the new coach alienates the two top goal scorers. He’s on borrowed time with Berrada and Wilcox.
Is it the same twat who said "United fans leaving in droves, plenty of red plastic on display. And many seats being vacated too."?Pretty nasty remarks from the commentator on Antony
He said realistic.Against Liverpool
Exactly. What cost us was something that this formation is literally designed to preventBut the mistakes by the defenders — Martinez in particular — were what butchered us. It’s not as though Newcastle were blowing through our midfield and walking the ball into the net. They went wide, got the crosses in, and beat our CBs and our hapless keeper.
Without any doubt that has to be a win.Southampton at home after Liverpool.
Mourinho was mentioned, I can only think of Dalot. But no Ole, that's why I found it strange. Are any of Ole’s signings left? Other than Maguire and Amad, who have been two of our best players this season?
I really hope you're joking2027

It's on the board more than anyoneHopefully the board don't think like you, blaming the manager when it's clear to everyone it's on the players.

Newcastle clearly with the foot off the gas as well.Better 2nd half but too little too late. Without a shocking handball decision, we could have gone in at one nil at half time and we might have seen a different game. I don't think so though...we fully deserved to be punished for that first half performance anyway.
