We have such a big squad that we don't need to buy in the limited january market. Let a few like Schneid and Depay leave, and then wait until summer until the quality required becomes available.

I think we need a cm, the three we are currently playing are so influnetial but we don't have any adequate competition or cover for any of them.

I disagree. We'll have so many games from january till the season end. FA cup starting, Europa League where I expect us to try to win it. League cup games. We need depth and Young is able to cover 2-3 positions in the team. He'll be needed and will certainly get some games.
As for Schneiderlin, if we are really getting 24 million punds for him from Everton, we should let him go. Same goes for Depay. If we get anything in vicinity of 40 million combined we should be pretty happy with that. Bastian will be gone as well...those three leaving will trim the squad closer to the size that Jose would like to have along with trimming the wage bill and getting us some nice amount of cash.
We are probably going to bring him back in January but I think we'll loan him straight out again.
Yes, the midfield is vital to how we are building this team, the lack of cover for Herrera and Carrick is huge, it's not possible to find another Pogba as such but there are a few high energy, quality box to box players we could bring in to cover Ander while Ander covers Carrick.
I think we have good young talent who can become squad players in Pereira and Fosu-Mensah. Fellaini obviously needs to go, and nobody knows what he is anyway. Wherever he plays, you have those stating 'he's not being played in his right position'.
I don't know why we would when our left back options are pretty bad, might aswell just let him stick around and hope he gets a chance
How long you guys reckon Ander and Carrick can keep going like this ? They are so vital for us, it's frankly frightening to imagine losing either of them to fatigue or worse, injuiry. Definitely need another CM, unless Jose expects Fellaini and Bastian to do the job. Shame Morgan can't even get a look in.

It's a good point, our depth options in midfield are shite. I'd even consider playing Bailly in midfield over some of the clowns we have.
Bailly could be worth a shout.However, I don't know if we should him move around the pitch from CB to RB one day, then to CDM on another, and back to CB again. Had a bad impact on Jones's progression(along with those injuiries).

He is a big part of the dressing room and can fill in in many different positions. He can step aside for the youngsters in a season or so, but for now he is a reliable squad player.
