Which makes it a great win.I'm sure it's not just United fans that are calling you jammy cnuts. You didn't deserve a win from that.

Just laughing at your performance. I think it's fair to say that the bubble has burst. It took a dive and penalty to beat a second rate Bulgarian side.
fecking hell. Glad we got the 3 points but that was an abysmal performance.
I actually think I'd rather have Brad Jones in nets next game, Mignolet is just absolutely fecking atrocious.
Nope, Europa league means even more games on thursday afternoons, it will feck their season up even more!
Great? Really? There was nothing great about that lad and certainly nothing to boast about!Which makes it a great win.
It isnt just the goalie. Your entire defence is a bit shite. I think its worse than last years to be honest.
I don't think bibotelli will score enough to compensate either. You've got some promising youngsters, but that defence is going to cost you this year.
Boast? A great win in terms of the timing of the winner, coming through a sticky game and collecting three points after five years out of the CL. It wasn't 5-0 but imagine the difference in tone had it finished 1-1.Great? Really? There was nothing great about that lad and certainly nothing to boast about!
Oh do stop pickle, it was dogshit, the harbingers of doom around here aren't just spinning you a line, even the decent scouse posters can see it was poor.Well the RedCaf prophecy is in full swing. Usually a good sign.

If it's the two points that puts us through it'll remain a lucky win.

You need to get Valdes signed on the dotted line ASAP Mignolet and blunders go well beyond the realms of a young keeper.Lovren and Sakho are shaky aye, but I'll excuse them for now because it's a new partnership. Mignolet has no excuse, he's been making mistake after mistake for about about 9 months now.

I can fault your logic but I genuinely cannot fault your stubbornness, that isn't sarcasm either, it's a quality in you I admire.Which makes it a great win.
Yup. Really hoping that Rodgers was lying when he said he'd no knowledge of any deal for Valdés because we badly need him.
Worst thing about the mistake is that Mignolet isn't one of those keepers who can write off a mistake and move on, his confidence will be drained.
Christ ! I am sure you are, actually thought it your most worrying area, even prior to the summer window, it's not like there's a solid defense in front to protect him either.
@Dumbstar what a difference a few injuries make, Liverpool have looked flat missing Sturridge, not saying the bubbles burst here or anything because I remember your starting very slowly last season, the first 10 games or so was quite a labored affair and then your season started to gather momentum, whats to say nothings changed this year.
I thought Mignolet was very highly rated among Liverpool fans? And Valdes is probably only a tier 3 keeper at best nowadays.Yup. Really hoping that Rodgers was lying when he said he'd no knowledge of any deal for Valdés because we badly need him.

FFS spoiler that shit greg, you know this and I know this but it's been deleted from history around hereSuarez came into the team and once he got match fit they really took off.

Their shaky defence against Real Madrid will be a mouth-watering prospect. The day when they realise that they are just not as good as they think they are. It will be fecking beautiful.
I never rated him a top class keeper but I always thought he was a good keeper, but you're more qualified to answer so I'll take your word for it!Maybe by some, think the majority would like an upgrade on him now. He was okay for most of last season, but dreadful in the big games. Now he's liable to make a mistake any game.
Valdés is hard to rate because it depends on how he recovers from his injury but before it he was one of the world's best in my view, big fan of him personally.

I'm personally not a fan of Valdes, I watched a lot of Barca when they were steamrolling everybody and I just thought he looked out of place in terms of ability to the rest of them, I think in the past he's been a good keeper, don't get me wrong but however good he was back in the day I think is in the past for him.
Chelsea wouldn't sell Cech to them. They wouldn't even do business over Bertrand. Why has Petr Czech not be mentioned ? Or have I missed something here, he's as solid a keeper as a team challenging top four needs and certainly an upgrade.

Yet they sold us Mata, Chelsea will do business at the right price.Chelsea wouldn't sell Cech to them. They wouldn't even do business over Bertrand.

Really? Well, maybe as you finished second last year they saw you as more of a threat than us who were languishing in 7th.We met their asking price for Bertrand, they refused.
SuarezGood memory, hold on to that.
With all the comments from Liverpool fans regarding United's summer transfer dealings I can safely say that they look a heck of a lot better than what Liverpool have produced so far. Lovren at 20m, Lallana at 25m, Markovic at 20m.... Woeful. The combined fee could have landed them a Di Maria with change to spare!
