I really like Mbappe, but I fell that there has been an overreaction on his talent based on yesterdays match. Maybe that just me
It all started yesterday then?

It works both ways, after his decent but not great group games many in France were criticizing him very harshly, that he was trying to do too much, was big headed, should talk less in the media and focus more on the game... That's the lot of superstars and he's quickly becoming the main man for the French NT.Its not just you. Each positive touch he has will be inflated many times beyond any normal player who made the same touch and each poor touch will be ignored. Its part of the hype machine.

Be Be Right Back Back. Fontaine is that you?
On a more serious note, what you just said is totally your own (biased) opinion. How many times have you watched EPL and La Liga?
The comparisons between Mbappe and the young Brazilian Ronaldo are off. Mbappe is much less of a trickster and focuses more on pure power than the Ronaldo. The best comparison I can come up with George Weah. Incredibly quick, powerful and a good dribbler but without the skills and tricks of R9.
But he's not, he's in France the country he was born in, playing for the city he grew up in. So feck off with your biased opinion as if he's wasting his career because he's not playing in your league, he'll go to Real Madrid next and even if he did it four years from now, he'd still only be 23. He's got plenty of time on his side, I'm not getting why people are acting like he's only got a few years left to ply his trade. He's getting all the chances to shine on a big stage in the CL, and playing in France certainly didn't seem to affect him yesterday.
Also, he has a much better chance of winning the CL with Paris than he would with, say, Manchester United.
A lot of people replying here have been watching him (at the very least) in the Champions League two seasons ago so know his talent from then.I really like Mbappe, but I fell that there has been an overreaction on his talent based on yesterdays match. Maybe that just me
PSG bought fecking Neymar. You can't know what the kid's motivation will be in a few years time. He may well be interested only in money, and they happen to be bankrolled by a country. It's not a biased opinion that your league is fecking shite. It's a fact. He'll use PSG as a stepping stone before moving to a real footballing powerhouse like Real, Barca, Bayern or United.
Now go dry your eyes you cry baby.

Yes he will win the champions league with PSG. Because PSG has reached the final 5 times in the last ten yearsBut he's not, he's in France the country he was born in, playing for the city he grew up in. But watching him in the past two years did show talent, but nothing extra-(Ronaldo, CR7, Messi)-ordinary.A lot of people replying here have been watching him (at the very least) in the Champions League two seasons ago so know his talent from then.
Thanks for thatI hope not. He's a great talent and should be playing with the elite. That doesn't mean rotting in France. Or @Decomposing In Paris
I'm starting to see what all the fuss is about. He is clearly a very talented young player.

Shame no one said a word in here. Just waited for him to do an 100m sprint. He wasn’t even the best player for France yesterday. Pogba was, but that’s another story. Main man? You believe that?
Not for us they aren't. If he wants a true challenge he should try to be the best while we simultaneously try our best to make him shit.In any league most of the opponents are cannon fodder, exactly the same in Spain and England.
Pogba had an outstanding game but I don't know how you can say he played better than Mbappe and just reduce him to a 100m sprint? Mbappe was just incredible that game.
PSG is a much better team than Manchester United, you're just bitter about the fact that you have no chance at this kid. He will go to Real Madrid since that's his dream, don't try to include United with the Bayern, Real, or Barca of this world. You have a long way to go to get there again. Now go dry your eyes and keep bitching about the fact he's not playing in England, where he would be downgrading his career playing for this Manchester United side. BTW, I'm only using your chidlish response against you since it's probably all you can understand because, really, you're the only one who seems to be crying about the fact he's not playing where you'd like, get over it.
There's nothing weird about having a different opinion on Rashford. Especially when posters on here think he's better than Mbappe.
What is amusing that many people in this country, about 12 months ago, believed that Rashford was as good, if not better, than Mbappe.
There were long discussions about Mbappe vs Rashford. Trust me....I saw them.
The issue for some was that he had only had 1 good season and that he cannot be judged on that alone.
The other issue was that he did well in the French league, while Rashford was doing well in the EPL.
I'm sure, even now, some believe that Rashford is as good as Mbappe.
On a similar note, some have said (and continue to say):
1, L.Shaw is the best LB in the EPL
2, Had Shaw not got injured, we'd have won the league title with LVG
3, Martial is a future Ball on Dor winner.
4, Ronaldo is not good enough to play for MUFC.
I'm sure that there are some other amusing gems out there.
You don't have to respond against what you perceive to be stupid with even more stupidity nowThey won't reply as they know it's nonsense.
Wolves would be top 5 in France.
The PL and La Liga are much better no doubt but he won't need to perform in those league to be considered as what you said. If PSG manages to win a CL in the near future with him playing a big role, it would have a bigger impact than winning the league in those countries. What on earth are you talking about you poor deluded creature? The EPL is a VASTLY superior league than Ligue Un. If Mbappe wants to be considered one of the very best he will have to deliver in one of, or both, the EPL and La Liga. Being the main man for a school style project like PSG iwhilst playing in a tin pot European league won't cut it sadlly.
That is a fact. Only an idiot would think otherwise.
The most impressive thing about him is how direct he is. He gets the ball and the first thing he does is to dribble towards the goal. Not always the best option but it's good to watch.
He is probably the fastest player in top leagues, his ball control and finishing is very good. More than anything his composure and decision making is too good for such a young player.

Uh? Ronaldo destroyed his knee, Rooney was the bigger talent than who?Anyone who thinks he is gonna do a Messi or Ronaldo needs to get a grip. Arguing that it's possible doesn't make it any less unlikely. Fat Ronaldo was a lot lot better than mbappe at that age and didnt kick on. Rooney was the bigger talent. It's very hard road from here to reach the top top.

Reaching Messi/Cristiano levels is one thing but it's very rare for players that good at that age to not become all time greats

He probably won't hit 40/50 goals a season like them, but that's not anything to be upset about. Those 2 are absolute legends and only another freak of nature will get close to it again.Anyone who thinks he is gonna do a Messi or Ronaldo needs to get a grip. He clearly wasn't.
Your loss if you can’t enjoy Mbappe. Zero idea what the future holds for him. But the hype isn’t new. Since bursting on to the scene, he has constantly been impressive. As impressive as any can be at that age. He might just flop but nothing tells me why he would if he continues his development with obviously ability that is there for everyone to see.
Where was you in 2004? Lol. Rooney said as an exceptionally talent. He looked better than Mbappe looks now.
He clearly wasn't.
