I think Jones is currently better than Stones. Some times the grass isn't always greener on the other side. He's a great talent though and would be happy if we bought him.
Yesdo you work in United's treatment room by any chance?
He is 21. Turns 22 in May.Stones looking very comfortable up against Pelle. Didn't realise he won't be 21 until next May. £25 million plus Evans might do the trick if we're interested.

One week you are bad, the next week doing well against Pelle, you are suddenly the next big thing. He has still a lot to learn, and is talented, but lets not go overboard.
He was excellent last week as well. The single mistake he made doesn't mean he was bad.One week you are bad, the next week doing well against Pelle, you are suddenly the next big thing. He has still a lot to learn, and is talented, but lets not go overboard.

If they refused an apparent bid of £30 million from chelsea then they won't accept that. Maybe if we offered £30 million + evans too they'd think about it.

I hope we finally make a bid that will be accepted next week.
First goal definitely was not on himHe had 2 though and both led to goals.
Looked shit though, i expected him to clear that. 35m pounds is a lot, i thought he definatively could have prevented that at the time.First goal definitely was not on him
The only way we'll sign him is if he surgically removed both feet and attaches his right foot to his left leg. Even that might not be enough.LvG wants a ball playing CB so I can't see why we aren't pushing harder for him.

If i was him id choose chelsea over us. Just because they need a defender to replace terry while we will be just adding stock.
I hope he has some sense though like shaw did.
That's ridiculous. Stones would get in front of Rojo and Jones for his ball-playing skills alone. Furthermore, Stones would also push Blind to the bench because he's simply a better defender and a taller guy than Blind. After all, Smalling still needs a solid partner alongside him in the middle of the back 4.
If Van Gaal bought him, that would tell you he rates him above Blind, Jones and Rojo. Otherwise, he wouldnt pay the amount of money it would take to get him.I think you forget we have van gaal in charge.

Its a moot point, since he isnt a United player, but if we bought him, that would tell you how much Van Gaal rated him.
