probably wise not to get involved in Insta spats, and much better to use your time on more constructive things.
This genocide has taught us many things, but one of the main ones is which people around us and in the media spotlight have humanity and a soul, and who is heartless.

It is not about complete trade pause. Actually it’s the EU-Israel agreement that they want paused. (Thai would lead to massive obstacles for current trade with Israel) and to be fair all the opposition parties (including the liberal Centerpartiet) signed off on this.
Unfortunately there is no way Germany or Hungary (Orban) would agree to this. Nor would Frau Genocide Ursula Von der Leyen…

Apart from Sinwar living like a rat in a tunnel and the rest of the leaders 1000 miles away in Qatar and Turkey, 12,000 Hamas fighters have been killed, most of the military command and leadership is dead and everyone else is deep underground hiding.
This is like someone claiming the Wehrmacht wasn't destroyed in May 1945 because Guderian, Manstein and Admiral Donitz were still alive.

Hamas will never be destroyed anyway, it may change name and ideology to some extent, but as long as there is no Palestine as a legally recognized functioning state, Hamas or some other terrorist organisation will exist. Either that, or kill every last Palestinian. Israel seems to be seriously going for option number two.
Netanyahu promised a complete victory. He can't claim to have delievered it with Sinwar alive, with rocket fire continuing.
Like @Bosnian_fan wrote, Hamas can't be destroyed. But this is about politics when it comes to Bibi, and fear&hate when it comes to many Israelis. People from the areas who were attacked on October 7 are genuinely afraid of returning to their homes because they fear it could happen again.
