Isco

Real would be crazy to let him go.

I mean more crazy than they normally are. It would bring their ridiculousness to the next level.

They let Ozil go when he was at his creative best, Di Maria too. I don't see why Isco wouldn't leave or why Real wouldn't sell now that they've signed Kovacic. He's not first choice, even though he should be.

I don't think he should be remotely available, but if he is, we should definitely try to get him with DDG as a swap and 20-30 odd million on top

Ooh we can dream hey! I'd love us to go and get Isco... And I guess of all the Real players he's the one that maybe is most realistic?

And he'd be near the top of my Madrid wish list too. Brilliant player.

He is a playmaker and I dont see LvG being interested in that kind of player behind the striker. We would try Mata there if he was keen on that type of player

Mata is more a second striker and definitely not a playmaker - he's far better at finishing and shooting in general than passing or bringing others into play.

Isco would give us something we don't have here at the moment. Very different player to Mata.

He is. But Van Gaal playing Memphis and Januzaj there shows me that Isco wouldnt be a candidate. Mata would be more suited to that role, just like Isco would be. I understand they are different type of players, Isco more a dribbler and passer, and exactly that makes him not desirable for our manager. All speculation from my part, but thats how i see it.

Isco's playmaking isn't that special either. He's actually a lot like Mata except with better close control and dribbling but bringing others into play and vision aren't his strong points. He's not like Silva for example.

We should definitely be tempting his resolve. Him, Hererra and Schneiderlin would be up there with the best midfields in world football. We need someone that can dribble in midfield thus create openings that our attackers could take advantage of. While his passing isn't all that, he's incredible in tight spaces and atleast knows how to beat opposition midfielders. Plus he's got the added benefit of scoring goals here and there.

He'd be our best player, to be honest.

It's rumoured he has handed in a transfer request at Real and they're willing to let him go if someone pays €50m or more... Would be an automatic starter in all English top clubs imo, apart from City maybe.

Woody, get on it.

Arsenal and Chelsea were linked with him yesterday.

Crazy that Madrid would let go of him (yeah, it is Madrid!). @Vato will be furious. Isco was ace for them last season. One of their best performers, iirc?

The team suffered when he was taken out and Bale put in. They were at their best playing 4-4-2 with him in the side.

They´d be mental to sell him, but I can totally see it happening. I hope, that Woody is all over him.

I bet we don't go in for him, he is not the quickest, so probably won't fit the profile. Would love him here though

We should claim a percentage, for all these contract upgrades we get involved with!

 Oh man..

If we let Isco go I will apply for catalan citizenship and get a Messi tattoo.

If the reported figure of €50m is true everyone will be after him. That's like 35m Pounds, nothing in todays market.

They won't sell within Spain. Bayern have no need and Citeh make no sense with Silva and De Bruyne there. So:

United - Be our 10 behind Martial. Essentially a Rooney replacement and not as dissimilar as one might think at first glance. Would still leave us needing a pacier type out wide.

Arsenal - Play out right where Ramsey is fitting in but won't stay forever. Cazorla going back to Spain or something in a few years would let Ramsey go back to his role.

Chelsea - Depends if/who the next manager is. If this is coupled with one of Pedro/Oscar/Willian leaving it makes more sense. That's certainly possible.

Juve - Rumored to have gone for him last summer. They could use him in the role Tevez played last year. Would seem to fit whatever formation they play, really.

PSG - If Ibra leaves it'll be Cavani up top and 2 players supporting him. That's Di Maria, Lucas and Pastore with Lavezzi out of contract in the summer. So, if they can't pull off the Ronaldo buy then it does make sense. If they don't replace Motta as he ages and just go 4-2-3-1 it makes even more sense, with Isco fighting with Pastore as a 10 or starting out wide.

Isco is angry when he doesn´t play, is not the first time that this happens.
Apparently he wants more minutes to secure a place in the National team, so the most likely option would be a loan. I would find very strange that there was a sale.
Bernabeu likes him a lot but there is also a section of fans who thinks he's lazy, overrated, who lose many balls.
A very aesthetic football that many times does not have a positive translation for the results of the team,
ie: " Isco is very good, but James must be the starter", and now that James is injured, he still can´t finish the games because after 70 minutes is exhausted.
If he leaves, perhaps Madrid will bring Asensio back (for me much better than Isco).

I don´t want to be pessimistic , but after the issue of the fax/De Gea and the attack that he launched against United in the press (something he has never done against any club) I do not think Florentino intends to negotiate with Woodward.

I know when club wants to get rid of someone, they force sell him in some way, just in our case(or PL in general),those coming from RM,not only they look unhappy, they looking like hardcore enforced to leave, like some of their family member is kidnapped.

Plus 1 for the would love him here. Such a clever player & has everything in his game apart from pace. but as we have Mata, I can't see it happening unless he's no longer in Van Gaals plans.
