Not true if ball is swinging early on. Boult would be practically un-hittable. NZ would have a decent chance for that 20 over target, margin of error in T20 is less. One bad phase by India is enough to turn the match while if we were even chasing 250 in 50 overs we could have recovered even after 2 bad phases.
Hopefully this is true. But there is an even worse scenario possible where they reduce the match to 20 overs and India starts to bat and it gets interrupted again. In that case the play resumes again at same mark tomorrow with 20 over target. No chance we are winning then.
