Hectic don't know if you've tried this one but i reckon you should read some newbies posts and then highlight for special attention and message them saying you work for a department within old trafford and could do with someone as knowledgable to help the club and offer them some fake position like transfer tactical advisor.Get them to pm a c.v everything.
