Harry Kane MBE | Performances

Should be back in time for the Liverpool game...

Unlucky. It really wasnt that bad a bad tackle.. didn't look dangerous either.

Interesting. It's hard to see where the goals are going to come from now with Kane out and Son on international duty. We could see them struggle a bit. Though they have a few easy games coming up. Will have to figure out an alternative for Fantasy Football.

Let’s just call this like it is folks. Spurs are 100% going to struggle, they’ll be very lucky to still be in the top 4 by the time Kane gets back. It’s their best player by a mile they are losing, and then their second best performer of the season. It’s the equivalent of Liverpool losing salah and Van dijk, Chelsea losing hazard and Kante, city losing Fernandinho and David Silva or us losing pogba and De Gea.

They are fecked. Completely and utterly fecked.

New stadium coming along though.

We wouldn't be fecked if Son was still in the team, we've coped well in the past with Kane out because Son is a very adequate option at leading the line. With him gone too we are properly in the shit.

Sorry Sonny but I hope South Korea get knocked out as soon as possible, we need you!

Sounds like he'll be back to play at the new stadium at least, if not delayed again. Wouldn't wish injuries on any team, not even Spurs. I thought this might happen to players who had very short breaks in the summer though.

Should hopefully be back and match-fit for England in the summer, that’s the important thing.

Couldn’t be worse timing for spurs with son leaving, but this is a massive chance for everybody to gain on them.

They’ll have to adapt their game to Llorente and cross even more.

When it opens next season, yes, definitely.

Holy crap, two months? That could seriously derail their season!

A that's Top 4 settled. We're definetly going to be better than the North London clubs. All that's left is beating the scousers in a month's time

Their fixtures aren't too daunting until Son comes back, tbh. But Kane missing the Chelsea and Arsenal games is a bit shit for them.

Well they were never stopping Liverpool from winning the league anyway so this is a good thing for us as it surely means our chances of top 4 have improved.

What happened? I thought he injured himself trying to get on the end of Llorentes ball in injury time but saw a few people saying it was Jones?

Breaking:
South Korea stunned by the sudden increase of PL fans who want them to go all the way in Asian Cup :D

Ah dont worry he will be back by the 20/21 season when its actually ready :D:D:D:D:D

Was it definitely Jones that did him in?

On the replay I saw I'm sure it was actually Lindelof who kicked him.

Anyway like I said in the other thread, Spurs fans should direct their hate at Mike Dean. If that prick doesn't add on an extra 90 seconds at the end of injury time Kane doesn't get hurt.

Yeah I think it was Lindelof too. All Jones does is poke the ball away if you study the clip. Looks like Kane plants his foot and then Lindelof swings a boot at it. Total accident and unlucky for Kane and Spurs.

They have Lorente still but should probably look at getting someone in. Agree that if mike dean doesn’t add 90 seconds on he doesn’t get hurt. Quite gutted actually because I want Kane to keep scoring and overtake that smug prick shearer

Damn that sucks for him. Could be good for our top 4 hopes but he could potentially miss Chelsea A and Arsenal H which we could do with being draws, maybe Spurs will manage it without Kane.

Would also miss the League Cup final if Spurs don't feck up the second leg. City must be loving it.

They'll be fine - Alli and Eriksen have goals in them

Wont it be harder for them as the defenders wont have Kane on their mind. I reckon Kane pulls defenders and occupies them which frees up space for the other two. Having Kane and Son missing for a bit will be a worry.

Obviously good news from a United perspective but not for England nor him at all. I feel for players who have repetitive injuries that will hinder their careers.

Having seen one of my idols, Van Basten, basically retiring at 28 always sticks with me as a youngster and even in his latter years when he was still playing you can see he wasn't the same. Hope it doesn't go the same for Kane.

Seriously? Is that all you care about?

England have important games in March too.
Would you not rather United finish in the top four, at the cost of Kane not being available for England when we have the likes of Rashford to replace him? Seems like a fairly easy decision to me.
