Nobody else is calling him a whinger and Gary isn't saying it about anyone else. He specifically uses the term whinging in relation to Bruno rather than using a word like complaining. He gets far too emotional and he should be more aware of the potential impact.
Officials do treat players differently based on their reputation and someone like Neville repeatedly banging that point home on Sky can affect how he's seen in general. It doesn't change the behaviour but it can change how it's perceived.

He didn't go at Bruno because he was just a whinger, he said lies about Bruno wanting to be subbed off, and then called him a disgrace. That's absolutely unprofessional and lacking any sense.
Find me one time he said anything similar about any English player playing for any club in the world, and I'll find you 100 worse performances by our players than Bruno's against Liverpool.

Bruno isn’t the only player moaning at refs? Keano loved it, Rooney did it constantly, the whole arsenal team did it at that time, all of Europe still do it…does it work for Bruno and us often? Maybe it does hard to say if it buys him free kicks/fouls/puts his marker off/gets a ref thinking a certain way in a game perhaps it does as we’ve only lost about once in the past 20 odd games right.
