Television Game of Thrones (TV) • The watch has ended

Thinking back, she seemed to change after being ravaged by yer man.

She's certainly grown and become more ruthless, when we first meet her she's being sexually assaulted by her brother and married off to a complete stranger whereas now she is taking control of an army and dragons in order to get the throne. The problem is she has seemed to spend way to much time threatening people with power that she didn't yet have and making Ser Jorah have to remind her of that fact. She gets away with it because she is a total and utter fox though.

Plus her locking Doreah in that vault was pretty damn mean of her no matter what Doreah had done.

She's not evil but did become more ruthless.

Nah, she just killed a witch which was fully deserved and imprisoned/killed the big guy who helped her in Qarth but wanted in return her dragons/her marriage and her friend which was betraying her. Not a big deal though, far from evil.

I said she wasn't evil. But she has grown more ruthless. She let her brother be killed, who obviously was a massive dickhead, but you could see she didn't want him hurt at first. It was only once she became to like her new found power as queen that she stood up to him. She killed her mate for shagging the big bloke which she didn't have to do. She could have easily just left her behind.

Before she did exactly as she was told by her brother, who mistreated her then essentially sold her to the Dothraki king, which she just accepted at the time.
She eventually grew to like her new power, then realised just how important she was when she wasn't burnt by the dragon egg. Now she has the dragons she knows she's worth a ridiculous amount and could have an infinite amount of power....eventually. You can see Jorah has to keep winding her back in because she thinks she's even bigger than she currently is.

She still has a nice side to her but she's becoming harder and harder (so's my penis).

She was betrayed by both who put together a scheme to have her killed and take her dragons. They pretty much got what was coming in a world like that in GoT.

I don't think she was betrayed by the girl was she? Didn't she just end up shagging the bloke that did betray her? My point still stands either way.
She could've just had them killed too but chose a much worse death for them.

I think it's in the extras that she killed the other girl who was hanging around with Dany so your man could take the Dragons, something like that anyway.

Been a bit of a slow start to Season 3 I've thought... still excellent television mind you.

Didn't realise the lad from About a Boy was in this... he may slot into second place as actor who annoys me most on the show... after that Ginger wildling las. I think I die a little bit inside everytime she says "Jeeon Snnooo"

He isn't in it.

feck, Not about About A Boy, I meant Love Actually...

What can I say, they're both irritating films with Hugh Grant in them...

The girl was the one who got him into the place with the dragons and allowed him to kill all of Daen's men. She betrayed her

One of the great things about Game of Thrones is seeing random British comedy actors in it.

Like Finchy from The Office, Peter Manion from The Thick of It, random mugger from Peep Show and so on

Statistically speaking, the guy from About a Boy will have to be in it at some point.

What the lad who stars in Jack the Giant slayer, Warm Bodies, played the Beast in X-men first class, and was the biggest star as such in the first 2 seasons of skins.

Ahh fair enough. Bet they both went out with a bang locked in that safe room anyway.

I can't tell if it takes me out of the progamme or not
The skins guy is decent in it. The casting in this show is spot on.

I just started watching this series. On episode seven and loving it. Would of started watching a lot sooner if I had know it was full of birds getting railed doggy style. Can't stand that cnut Joffrey? Reminds me of Carl, only worse. However, I'd bang his mom. I hear he becomes even more of a twat as the show progresses. Looking forward to catching up to season three.

Has anyone found the lack of Varys disturbing in the first two episodes? Easily - together with Littlefinger - the most complex character in the show.

Not really, the show isn't missing anything without him for the moment. He's probably weaving his webs in the background while having Ros keep her eye on Littlefinger for him.

But his conversations with Tyrion and Petyr were awesome. They talked in an encrypted language! Anyway, both Petyr and Tyrion have been shown very rarely, which is understandable considering the new characters that are getting in.

The big lad was using the serving girl to get inside info on Dany. She shares a good bit with her serving girls.

That's the real quiz!!

I think they just had to cut her out the show to be honest. The story line didn't make much sense, and she was hardly in the scenes at all.

IF SOMEONE WHO HAS READ THE BOOKS KNOWS THE ANSWER, DONT TELL ME.

It's very distracting watching The Brotherhood without Banners when you think Thoros is just seconds away from running off to annoy somebody called Victor.

Dodgy audio at the end of the stream :(

Yeah, so random and infuriating. Thought it was an advertisement at first, and then I thought it was just the one link so I tried about 5 others and they all head the fecking random song at the end.

Anyway, best of the new season by a stretch I'd say.

There's something very amusing about the idea of white walkers tottering about, arranging chopped up horse in careful patterns.

The Hold Steady playing "Bear and the Maiden Fair" was awesome for the closing credits.

Pretty sure that's not meant to be there. Wonder if we'll see a new side of Jamie (refuse to spell it the female way) now?

No, most of the versions online are like that. I could have put my fist through my screen when it happened. Then I was even more annoyed when I realised I had no right to be annoyed that the audio of the programme I was stealing fecked up.

The end of the last scene is on youtube now if you want to hear the bit you missed.
