I think we can afford a 300m window honestly, next season as you said the budget is a Striker, RB and GK at most, and keeping DDG around another season isn't the end of the world.
So a Striker and RB will go to 120m max? the EPL money in insane now and on top of that Uniteds operating revenue makes 250m quite feasible.
