With Liverpool’s ageing midfield & his strong links to moving there last summer - I think he’ll be off to Pool
Rumours are he is a done dealio to Liverpool for next summer already. Carragher hinted as much last night when talking about transfers and how Liverpool won’t rush out to buy a midfielder this summer when they have the ideal one lined up for next summer, they will sit and wait for him.

If United finish top 4 then it’s possible we can hijack the deal. I believe Bellingham also gets on well with Sancho, so that could be another factor.

Remember guys, we're not ready for how HOT this week is going to be. It's going to be scorching hot. You need to strap in and grab your friends!

It's been hot for so long that we've all for 3rd degree burns all over our muppet form!

Just.................one............more.................post.

He was liking posts on Instagram of Casemiro arriving to Old Trafford last night. Probably relieved, right?

We won't need Bellingham if we get de jong to pair him up with casemiro.

He'd kinda be pointless at that point.

The Casemiro thing was a bit strange

Was convinced when we got Casemiro that meant the end for FDJ but god knows where the club is pulling this funding for with Antony. Might still be a chance but very slim.

At this point, why don't we just try to loan him with an option/obligation to buy? Does that help barça to register some of their new signings?

I would love to do this just for the reaction on RAWK. Buy FDJ, and Bellingham for back up while Liverpool stink up the conference next season.

Because they need the money right now to register new players. Delaying a year won't help them with that.

I think people need to temper their expectations here.

Casemiro-Fred is a ready made midfield partnership, I doubt the club will spend another £80m~ on FDJ when it's clear a winger (or two) is the priority now. Probably a striker too.

Yeah that is the brutal truth

What kind of a difference would make that to FdJ and Barcelona? Barcelona needs money, FdJ wants his money they owe him.

All the signings bar Kounde are registered. Chelsea signing Aubameyang and Juve getting Depay will enable Barca to register Kounde. They no longer need to sell FDJ.

Memphis alone will not be enough, and they haven't sold Aubameyang yet, so we'll see how swimmingly that sale will go. Besides, they're still trying to sign more players

They are still making signings

I suppose they'd have a year time to settle that while he's still their player, playing for us and paid by us so off their books
Exactly. They would still be clearing him off their books for a year and delaying headache. But yeah, I get why it may not be possible.

He would still be their player. So there will be a year to settle this issue rather than a few days that are left. That's why I asked.

That’s them dead and buried in this one. If Barca want/need him gone, we’re the only option

I'm actually really looking forward to this final week of the window! Looks like there is going to be quite a bit of activity all over the place

If we sign De Jong and 1 more high-profile attacker I’ll pay for a subscription to watch us play in glorious 4K 50/60fps.

In order for it to work and allow them to register players.

Don't they need the transfer income as well as his salary off the books?
