Any chance of getting him in on loan, or do Barca need to sell?
If we were to loan him we would probably have to pay a large percentage of his 600k per week wages

we agreed a deal with Barca before. I imagine if we offered De Jong the same money he’s on, as well as the deferred wages he’s owed, we could get it done. But for obvious reasons we won’t do that, and De Jong won’t leave before he gets what’s his.
They do but don't. If he stays for the duration of his contract, he will get his legally agreed postponed salary.Couldn't he leave for whatever salary at his new club and still claim the deferred wages? You'd think they would legally still owe him his postponed salary.

If not, a deal or agreement will have to be found. Barcelona are broke, and Frenkie wants his money.
But Barcelona wants to have their cake and eat it. They should sell him on the low, and pay the postponed wages if they don't want him anymore.

I think the bank is already brokeWhy not break the bank for this guy? After all, he's desperate to come to OT.
Or get injured during the on pitch announcementIt would be so typical if after all this we signed him and he flopped
I think there's more making fun of it than legitimately entertaining it.Why are people still entertaining this ?
Case had a great game against City but I'm unsure how his legs will hold up until the end of the seasonReplacing McTominay and Casemiro with De Jong and Ugarte would literally make me nut.
Ripped foreskin - out for the seasonOr get injured during the on pitch announcement
Why they booing him?
Really?! They are in that boat again? What a ridiculous club they have become.Because they think he earns too much and should give back some money to the club out of solidarity.... or something. He is killing their muppet dreams with his evil ways. Can't even register Olmo, let alone sign Nico Williams.

His wages are so high because he agreed to lower his wage in corona time to help the club but the club would pay his wages later on, which is now. If he would sign for us or any other club he could get a ‘normal’ wage, which is already high ofcourse, if he can agree with Barcelona that they pay his outstanding wage over the last couple of years. That would still be cheaper for them and they get a transfer fee.Won’t happen because of his wage demands but the club is almost perfectly set up for him to join. Pretty much everyone here has some link to him. Probably have his mum working the canteen
Disgusting how the current people who run it are misusing the pull and glory of the club to sign players without being totally sure they can register and use them, and therefore freezing out other players to force them to leave.Really?! They are in that boat again? What a ridiculous club they have become.
Aren't they always ?They're fecked financially
Fecking hell don't get your panties in a bunch. Obviously means the bit where Barca still owe FdJ wages and he won't leave without getting paid, which Barca cannot afford to. Apparently they still owe Ajax money for the transfer as well. You mean getting your rightful wages is called antics now?
It's mindblowing they are still allowed to operate as a football club when they owe their own employees (and former employees too) so much money. I can't understand why they were even allowed to buy Olmo, where did the money even come from? Another lever? They're fecked financially
Why they booing him?
Because they want him gone as he’s earning too much money for them to register new players. The fact is, they owe him a bucket load as he agreed to defer most of his wage during and after Covid to help the club through the crisis. Why they booing him?
