Add to the fact I sold Kishna to Dortmund for 35 Million so I had the RW spot vacant.
 
Game 33/34 in the league season, on course for an unbeaten season but find myself 2-0 down to Go Ahead Eagles with 5 minutes remaining. Then this happens:

Did pretty well I think. Was in his first season in that role and he got 24 goals and 23 assists. Compared to 32 goals and 17 assists the season before on the LW as a winger.

Certainly happy enough to keep him there anyway
 
Hmm, excellent numbers.

My guys are pretty streaky so far, but I can't complain, as on other games someone else does the damage. I am finding no issues with the right foot/right side, either.

Yeah the numbers are good, especially as Banfi pretty much equals him on the other side. Barkley was brilliant for me also after getting him from Arsenal in the summer for 10 Million. 20 goals and 22 assists from an AP.
 
Well, my team was mad after losing to West Ham, so who better to face than the league leaders Arsenal?

Leading fecking 6-1 with 15 mins left and Balanta decides that would be a good time to get sent off. Bring on a sub and within 10 mins he's gone too FFS :lol:

Getting quite sick of this game at the moment, nothing seems to be working. I read that you guys win leagues with crap teams with no budget, and win the treble year in year out, no matter the team. I just can't build a decent tactic to save my life. I've never created more than 5 CCCs in a game and that was a one off. I've never had more than 30 shots. I never seem to go over 55% possession. I've tried so many different tactics, individual roles, instructions but it just doesn't click. At one point I think it does and then I go on a 3 game losing streak. I just don't know what to do anymore. Should go back playing 01/02 instead.

Who are you playing as? What players do you have? A lot of the people on here try to sign a set bunch of players who they know are quality/cheap. If you posted a couple of screenshots I'm sure people wouldn't mind giving you a hand.
 
Got an absolute star in the making right now. I went 49 unbeaten before finally losing, after that I had a mini crisis. Went 10points behind Vitesse and had to fight my way back to the top. I had to do this with no senior CB's available to me. Brought this one kid into the first team and at 16 year old it was a big ask, CA was 5 silver stars. Can honestly say I've never seen a better defender at his age, ice cool and no mistakes.

Just played my 32nd game of the season (out of 34) and the guy has turned from 3.5* PA to 5* PA. I have also just beaten Vitesse 6-1 at their place to go top finally. 4 clear with two left now :D

Are Januzaj and Depay this amazing in every game? I think they average 80/90 goals/assists between them a season for me on the right and left wing respectively. Madness.

Aboubakar is a beast too, although I got some chap called Gabriel Barbosa who looks fairly mint.

Reminds me of a cb I got once back on fm12, he was one of the best cbs in the premier league at only 16. It was completely ridiculous. I ended up looking at genie scout too see how good he would end up. 200 pa... Better than messi.
 
Januzaj is class on the game, to get the best results I suggest playing him in the number ten position. Gutted as he created two assists in my last game vs Arsenal, won man of the match but unfortunately now has a broken leg and will be out for the rest of the season.

As for Depay, at first he didn't do much but he got one goal and that has spurred him on and he's now a regular in the team.
 
On my save United play him(Januzaj) on the wings, constantly switching as an AP(a) and he just dribbles the feck out of everyone. Unstoppable.

Mata on the other wing as an AP(s) who has developed into his 30's as the 3rd best player in the world, and a regular in the Ballon 'dOr final three.

I had him last year on FM14 too, got him on a free from barca when he was 17/18 and he turned into an absolute monster. Couldn't believe they let him go!

It's amazing, I paid a 6m buyout, and that was an utter steal.

Excels in any and every role up front or behind the striker. Had I the need to retrain him as a CM, he'd make a stellar CM(a) or AP too.
 
First time in my long and illustrious FM career that I've had this happen:

Got a couple days off which I could spend doing a number of other things but I think I'll spend it by giving this a go again. Any recommendations for fun saves? Already done Forest.
 
So after a few days off from this I've got back into my Soton save. Half way through the second season. Sitting 5th in the league, level on points with united.

Got drawn in a group of Juve, Atlético, and Metalist. I have to say Atlético are not as great as I thought they would be, managed to beat them both home and away that let the group finish up like this. Which set me up for an 1st round game versus Barcelona so I think I will be bowing out.

Might be for the best since since I'm really struggling for squad depth at the back. Only have Gardos, Fonte(Who hasn't settled in England despite being club captain and been at the club for 7 years? ), Balanta( who seems to be a raging maniac who gets sent off nearly every other game, and has 15 yellow cards already!). I had to send Fonte off on extended to leave to try and keep him. Managed to get Rojo off united for 5 million so hopefully that will sort out some of the problems.

In the semi's of the League cup, lost 5-4 to united playing with youth level center half's. Interestingly enough all of the goals came in the second half.

Have Bolton in the FA cup 4th round so shouldn't have any problems getting through there either.
