When it comes to the defensive and tactical side of things I trust Jose explicably so if he doesn't want Fabinho then it's because Fabinho doesn't fit what he wants and judging by the fact the defensive midfielders we've been heavily linked with in Dier and Matic are similar it's clear that seems to be the type of defensive midfielder Jose wants.

Who are these sources? If anything was happening I expect Bouhafsi would have mentioned something recently (I know he mentioned a bid a few weeks ago but silence since then).

I mean, last season when we were linked to him the entire cry choir did not want Fabinho as he was "a right back that can play midfield who isn't good enough".
