32 million, the point still stands, they dont spend that much on strikers.

I remembered 40 but it's 37 with the bonuses. And there is no points, clubs beat their records and we don't know if the price is accurrate.

Their facebook is focused on their players and they specifically congratulated Fabinho for the title. I suspect that fourfourtwo and Transfermarkt are right.
Look, I'm not saying he's not with Kick and Run, just that I'm surprised Mendes let Fabinho (let him) go, due to the investment he made in him. There are lots of shady dealings and fronts, not to mention money laundering…

They have a new stadium loans to pay for also they do not spend that much money on a midfielder. They cannot afford to. Also if you believe the report then you believe the price, Monaco arent seling one of best players for less than this.

And I'm suggesting to not make up BS when there isn't the beginning of clue.

Really? Then I'm really interested on what do you think about the tax fraud complaints on these Mendes clients…

They got 50m for two player that weren't in their team, maybe they have the money.

That it has nothing to do with the question asked.
Oh, no? You were talking about Mendes being “employed” by Fabinho. I'm talking big financial gambles. Nothing to do with the question whatsoever…

No, it has nothing to do with the question. He asked who was his agent and I told him that reports say that it was kick and Run, I also said that since agents are employees they don't let players go. None of it has anything to do with Mendes and the taxes problems.

Alright, I'll let you keep your innocence. By the way, Ronaldo tax “problems” are only €15m…

Herrera is better in the holding midfield role imo so lets sign someone else for the right side of midfield
It's the other way around, Herrera is great pressing ahead, and has decent assists' numbers. But he can't shoot, can he?

Monaco is in advanced discussions with Atletico. But the Brazilian still prefers PSG...

Hope he signs for someone quick so we can lock this thread. He's a brilliant player but Mourinho for some reason doesn't seem to fancy him.

My suspicions: Mendes' problems or the players' age.

Wouldn't mind that to be honest. I think Herrera could grow into the role well. I also don't think he offers enough offensively, so signing a well rounded #8 instead of a DM could work in my eyes.

Apparently AS have now retracted their statement and Atletico have said they aren't in talks with Fabinho  Their reporters should probably have a lie down.

I genuinely think Jose wants Dier and that's his only choice for that position, he's got Carrick and played Tuanzebe in that role as well as having Fosu-Mensah too so MAYBE Jose thinks 4 players for one position is enough.

When it comes to the defensive and tactical side of things I trust Jose explicably so if he doesn't want Fabinho then it's because Fabinho doesn't fit what he wants and judging by the fact the defensive midfielders we've been heavily linked with in Dier and Matic are similar it's clear that seems to be the type of defensive midfielder Jose wants.

Fosu-Mensah not an option for #6, never was. Always #8 in midfield, and usually on the rightwing. Are you seeing any of those you mentioned starting the Champions League?

With so many random reports saying, more big news for United is very near. Not the usual bullshit artists but a whole new bunch of well known but maybe also bullshit artists.

So is there any truth in this and with the very strange retraction about Fabinho (someone was not clearly happy about it, no other real reason it would seem) is it he is staying or actually going that the retraction is supporting?

Who are these sources? If anything was happening I expect Bouhafsi would have mentioned something recently (I know he mentioned a bid a few weeks ago but silence since then).

There is nothing on any player, its just news about still big things to come this summer. Think the term used was Imminent news at MUFC. The insinuation was, more news to come soon and not Lukaku. Even Collymore was at it. I think its the 4th piece i seen first was ESPN last night.

No surprise we're gonna miss out on him, Mourinho wants his big sweaty man in the midfield like Matic because as we all know, height is paramount for Mourinho.

Fabinho is not much shorter than him at 6'2

Argument falls flat when you consider Herrera was first choice midfielder last season.

Or maybe he simply isn't as good as everyone tries to make him out to be? I mean, last season when we were linked to him the entire cry choir did not want Fabinho as he was "a right back that can play midfield who isn't good enough". Suddenly, this year he is the top of the crop. I bet you 95% have never seen him play in 5 or more matches. They have no clue, but just joins the in the on trending hot item currently.

NB! Fabinho (188 cm) isn't a short guy...

I actually remember people saying not good enough last season.
