Two injuries tonight. How can you expect him to perform in these conditions?
We look poor with the ball and without it. The man is shite. We are way too open regardless of injuries. Newcastle have been just as hit but they look a team better than us. We are very bad guys

Can't be arsed with his drivel if we somehow squeak this 1-0.

Come out and say we were fecking shit and the players need to do better

And you’ll still get people saying they were pot shots and none on target, ignoring that they’re hitting the post/ cross bar and the last ditch tackles. It shouldn’t even be getting that far so often

Yes today but that wasnt the case in those other games. Those really were just pot shots. Today it is bad

If there was any justice we'd be 4-0 down here.

This is worse than Bournemouth 3-0. Worse than Ole's 4-1 vs Watford.

Varane getting injured is as certain in life as rain falling in Manchester. We should have prioritised a RCB in hindsight with a view to phasing him out and selling him this year.

We've been dominated by Brentford tonight more than the 4-0 at the start of his reign, which says it all about the 'progress' we've made under him.

Nah, can’t expect us to play any decent football with the Glazers in charge….

Of all the problems with United - RCB is not what I would have prioritised. I mean, are people even watching us play?

That's just not true
It is, though. In the 4-0 they had 33% possession, 7 shots on target, with a total of 1.73 xG.

Tonight they’ve had 48% possession, 25 shots, with an xG of 1.93.

Until this game I was ETH in, but the inability to fix the glaring problems with the shape here against relegation strugglers has changed my mind. This is an all time bad performance regardless of the scoreline. Two weeks to plan for it also. Unbelievably bad.

Those are arbitrary statistics. We played worse in that game than in this game.

Not in a million years

We had 15 shots and 67% possession in the 4-0. Wasted half a dozen good chances. They were just absolutely clinical.

This is the worst game we've played along with Liverpool 7-0 and Bournemouth 3-0. It's been utterly vile.

We just got sucker punched a few times very early on very silly breaks. They’ve comprehensively outplayed us here tonight. I don’t know how you can refute this

We were incredibly shit also.

Not saying we aren't poor here but we were worse in that game.

Ok, that's the very slim chance of top 5 almost gone. It's the hope that kills you :(

No, what you are experiencing is recency bias.

You're the one incorrectly rating the recent performance vs the old one.

Farcical thing to be arguing about anyway. ETH is a fraud and needs sacked, that's all that needs to be said in this thread from here on.

I was ETH in but how does one defend a performance like that to argue he should be here next season? I’m struggling.

I honestly fail to understand anyone still defending him. Absolutely mind boggling. I really want to hear one valid reason to keep him. A single one. There's absolutely nothing
