How this side has been set up this way is criminal.
You said it yourself, two weeks ago...You’d think after a result like two weeks ago, you’d think some momentum might build.
But nope back to normal. Shaw is the only notable absentee now and he’s not Paolo Maldini exactly.
Unless they're not and have consistently said ETH isn't a good tactician for months now
You said it yourself, two weeks ago...
Momentum lost with the break.
Momentum after 1 game ? I doubt we'd be playing well without the international break. This team is brokenYou said it yourself, two weeks ago...

Point still stands. He had two free weeks off to plan it though.
Cool, momentum FC. We'd win the league if not for those pesky international breaks. You said it yourself, two weeks ago...

You can clearly see I was responding to a post about the last game and the momentum/positivity gained.Momentum after 1 game ? I doubt we'd be playing well without the international break. This team is broken
There's always a convenient excuse as to why we're shitYou said it yourself, two weeks ago...

What gives you that impression?Cool, momentum FC. We'd win the league if not for those pesky international breaks.
It was a freak 45 minutes of football given the performances of us and Liverpool this season. People were reading far too much into it.You’d think after a result like two weeks ago, you’d think some momentum might build.

As far as I'm concerned, I was done with him since February/March 23Not sure how many have consistently said that, but point taken.
People are so fickle.

Exactly, EtH has some managed to setup the team in such a way that we carry no attacking threat and yet are so vulnerable to opposition attacks. We leave so many spaces its not even funny.Just how is it possible to look so clueless in and out of possession so consistently? He has been here for years and had a huge budget to buy his players. And still, it’s obvious that the players simply don’t know what to do on the pitch.
Maybe our players are extremely stupid (although both Brentford’s first and second string players seem capable of playing alright football), but then why hasn’t the manager replaced said players with players capable of understanding his vision?
Perhaps the simplest answer is the right one. That EtH is a tactically mediocre manager who’s bested by the majority of PL managers.
Big time. I’d be happy if we knick results in these games and just keep building. These players aren’t controlling a game like city or playing attacking pressing football like Liverpool whoever is in charge but we do have the players to smash and grab against anyone. We need to keep building towards one or the other but we clearly aren’t there yet
I know, just that I don't know how much momentum can be gained after 1 freak game tbh. The basis of football is non-existent and hooray football cannot work in consecutive gamesYou can clearly see I was responding to a post about the last game and the momentum/positivity gained.
Behave you bloody top redGood thing is we only have to endure this for two more months. Hopefully the deluded apologists leave with him.
Momentum can absolutely be gained from a single game.I know, just that I don't know how much momentum can be gained after 1 freak game tbh. The basis of football is non-existent and hooray football cannot work in consecutive games
Listening to the half time spiel on sky, it’s mazing how many touches Brentford has had in our box, most since they’ve been promoted or some shit like that. And it happens in every match against every team, chance after chance after chance conceded and feck all the other way, just hope and pray for a goal from someone
As far as I'm concerned, I was done with him since February/March 23
If he stays beyond this season can you feck off?Good thing is we only have to endure this for two more months. Hopefully the deluded apologists leave with him.
Sky don’t have it at 1.07Surprised by this. Two or three of Brentford's misses looked like high % efforts.
The way Brentford zig-zagged up the pitch with 5 passes in 5 seconds from their box into ours on around 43 minutes. No proper coach allows that happen repeatedly over almost two seasons now. He's just shit.
Not when the team is fundamentally disfunctionalMomentum can absolutely be gained from a single game.
So just you then.
I'll make sure I keep an eye for your posts if we smash it in the second half.
Sky just said Brentford has only managed more shots in a first half once since they've been promoted. We're always at the end of these stats.
I will help you already, if we clinch CL football by the end of the season, I'd still want him outSo just you then.
