There's a chance we still turn this one around but regardless we still have incredible frailties, the type that see us lose 7-0 to Liverpool or get battered by City. It's not like we didn't have these shockers last season. We just all hoped to see progress. A real shame the way we've started. Hopefully it can be turned around.

He only needs another 10 years and 1 billion like the rest of our great managers of the last 10 years. Meanwhile Ange can lose his best player and have a joke club playing well in months. But no its our club structure and owners that's stopping us being good.

He is a fraud. Just got lucky with the structure at Ajax.

Club is a toxic mess. Between the owners, Greenwood and the Antony news. How can anyone be surprised. That said, we have been awful since we won the EFL cup. Very worrying.

Having shockers last season doesn't make it okay this season, shit, it wasn't even okay last season but lots of people chose to ignore it for some reason.

Decided to opt out of watching after the first two performances this season. How is it already 2-0? We'll be lucky to score 1 with Martial, Rashford and Antony up front.

sack the manager and then what? We still have dross players

He needs to stay no matter what, we invested a lot of money in his players. Even if we have a bottom half of the table position.

If fans had a brain, save the energy to not go to games to get rid of the Glazers (will never happen) rather than going on about EtH out.

Yeah sure he is.
There is this impression from some posters that he could walk away and Real, Bayern and co would immediately hire him.

As if anyone outside of United really rates him that much.

He's more likely to walk that be fired. The Glazer clownshow is dragging him down

The writing was on the wall when the Glazers told him "Here's the best part of £140m. Spend it on Antony and Mount, or you're sacked."

No one can work under those conditions.

Very obvious that something is totally wrong at the club but the players downing tools is unforgivable.

Needs to leave and the entire recruitment team need to leave with him.

They have failed to bring in a balanced squad and he has failed to even get the players fit. Disaster.

Look at Newcastle, spurs, Brighton, Brentford. Fighting for and organized and ready to start the new season.

He should get the boot.

You left out the important factor being that we were 0-2 at home against Nottingham Forest.. but sure, everyone who isn’t supporting ETH through blind faith is “embarrassing”.

He shouldn't be sacked yet, he has this season to prove he can handle himself but it feels kind of inevitable that he'll get the boot this season. Too many bad signings and FFP has left us with nowhere to go but hope this works.

Having common sense and not screaming for managers head at every little turn of events is not having "blind faith".

We should let his new signing play a few games together before we judge him.

Too early and we fecked the transfer window by essentially giving to him 200m.

We desperately need a real football structure and only then to start looking for the next head coach (and definitely he should not have much to do with the transfers).

feck knows what's going on at this club, players looked like they wanted to play for ETH and were looking much better under him, fast forward 12 months and they regressed so much.

Too soon but I think he doesn't make Christmas.
I reckon he’ll be gone this season, but it won’t be any time soon. Spring 24 is my guess. After we’ve been pumped out of the CL and are meandering around in the league

and not believing that ETH is the right man after poor transfers, a pathetic ending to last season and 3 dog shit performances so far this isn’t “embarrassing”.

Murtough first. Then open to anything a qualified DOF wants to do
