SSN saying his future could be determined in next 24 hours...

On SSN now: "Spoke to the club and they were surprised. Spoke to sources close to Moyes said they were surprised and the rumours weren't true. However, some sources have said otherwise. Our understanding that he could be sacked."

Basically, they know feck all.

Imagine if the club now issued a statement saying he has their full support! I don't know what I would do ...

I liked when he denied ever being unconvinced by De Gea, even when his own words were put in front of him.

Barclay is profoundly retarded.

There is only one example of Barclay related television worth watching and that was when Ollie Holt absolutely tore him to shreds over the Rooney swearing incident.

Poor chap kept going on about his plans for next season. The new manager is going to come in and steal all his Ipads.

lol, classic SSN sit on the fence tactics. What does indykalia say?

You don't remember him saying sacking McClaren from the England job was a colossal mistake? Paddy has some corkers.

SSN saying the future of the backroom staff is determined by Moyes' future.

I can't imagine that we would keep the staff if a new manager comes in.

It would make sense if they had been part of our successful years, but clearly they haven't.

I think the goalkeeping coach has been good for De Gea though

It has to happen now. This would be a million times worse than all our failed transfer sagas if he stays next season.

Posting 123655231 news sources reporting it doesn't change anything. It's not like we don't already know that news agencies recycle news from each other especially when it's big news like this one. It's not even up to a week yet that we had some false story that got spread by loads of news sites, Sky included :wenger:

I must admit, mate, I'm disappointed (if these rumours prove to be correct). However, this season has been a major disappointment, no two ways about it.

I'm as annoyed with the players more so than anything at present. We fork out serious money to watch them play and some of them just piss about because they don't fancy the manager. Well, I'm sorry, but that just isn't good enough.

As I've said before, I wanted Klopp last summer but grew to respect Moyes and saw potential in what he was trying to achieve here. As I've also said as well: the best job in football management wasn't to follow Ferguson, it was to follow the man who succeeded him. It may well prove that way, unfortunately for Moyes.

I'm with you on this, especially with regards to the players. Ferdinand's tweets, Vidic signing with Inter midway through a tough season, RVP's outburst, Cleverley, Young and Welbeck's late night shenanigans just after being knocked out by Munich.

Sadly, I think we've reached the point of no return.

The club has had all day to deny this and they haven't. He's a goner.

Like I said they are probably discussing the best way to go about it i.e. announcement/severance/short term manager.

I can't be held accountable for my actions should this news prove untrue.

It reads like the papers have been briefed by someone at the club. When everyone reports it (including someone like BBC), there is usually an element of truth to it. The club could have easily denied it as well instead of choosing not to comment.

We might as well keep our new GK coach for De Gea's sake, unless for whatever reason he's vehemently loyal to Moyes and decides to follow him out.

Round, Lumsden and I'm afraid to say Phil Neville should indefinitely follow him out.

Klopp will be at Barca eventually. We'll go low profile/ex player next I reckon.

Didn't Klopp sat something about Barca and their style of play being boring?

Not sure they'll want someone to come in and change the way they play.

I'm sorry, but did Moyes already get sack? Oh, that's right. The season isn't even over yet. In fact, it's only 21st of April. Does not having the title on 21st April count as a loss? Is that what you're saying? Because if you're saying that I can assure you that you're wrong. Why would you make this topic when the Moyes is still on? Moyes is still playing right now and they have been the best team in the North-West for how many years now?
yes it's white

If he is sacked, its crazy that its everton that could be his last match
Karma mate, the talentless turd hung round Goodison like a bad smell for 5 or 6 years too long.

A generation grew up shitting themselves about playing the SKY4 teams it is a MASSIVE myth the scale of his contribution to EFC - he should never have got the utd job.

My spurs mate is bricking it that they will hire moyes
That would be fantastic. Glaston for the first time on his life won't be out of hibernation telling us how good they'll be next season - during the summer

If this happens, we HAVE to do the 'obvious' thing for once, and stop all of this 'different' stuff. Get a winner in who is proven and of the right pedigree. I don't want some ex-player to come in with some 'United is all about wingers' bollocks.

No chance, we went the "low profile" route with Moyes, and we saw how that turned out. We need a big name that brings respect and a modern attitude. An ex player like Keane or Solskjaer will just leave us in the same position we are in now.

I consider someone like Van Gaal relatively low profile right now. Glorified caretaker manager for the next 2-3 years.
