BVB (Bottlespielverein Borussia Dortmund) watch | You love to see it | Absolute weapons

How else do you choose the company where you buy your tanks and anti aircraft missiles if not based on the ads?

on a serious note, depending on the location I’d sometimes get google ads from Raytheon or Lockheed Martin

Jesus Christ, what are your shopping habits? I don’t suspect those guys sell anything under £10,000.

I get a lot of them too but they don’t sell stuff, it’s usually jobs advertisements

but that’s because my search history is very relevant

BVB need more fire power in the attack to break Real's defences. Maybe they can ask Rheinmetall to lend some ammunition?

A limited side who were lucky to be there. They played well for an hour but didn't have the quality to take advantage of a below par Real Madrid side. It might have been interesting if a better side had been there to see whether Madrid would have respected them more and played better or whether Madrid would have been punished for their performance for much of the game.

Feel for them, they did a very good game but didn't take their chances in the first half, 2nd half Madrid just tightened it up and found the weakness from corners

Are we going to get some great banter from the Dortmund Twitter account tonight?

Why it's nice they lost:
-Sancho
-them singing YAWN + Klopp all reminds too much of Liverpool
- that whole sponsorship with arms manufacturer

Shame for Reus and Sabitzer though.

How did they lose with Sancho in the lineup? I thought he was one of the world’s greatest players..

Typical Dortmund. For years their management says, if the elite teams don't have their best day then we must be there to pick up the gifts they offer on these days.

But like always, it's only talk and no action. Madrid was poor and there for the taking, Doofmund bottled an huge change once again. Serial losers.

As much as I didn't give AF, I wanted BVB to win purely so they could possibly afford the Sancho.

Reus got subbed on and Dortmund immediately collapsed. Coincidence? I think not!

Were they just better or we were unlucky?

Watched that back a good few years on MUTV or ESPN Classic or something, I'd have to find it and watch it again to be sure. From memory they were quite lucky, Utd missed chances and there goals were shit, one of them possibly deflected and I'm fairly sure one of them blocked a Cantona shot with his hand.

They are getting more money now because Real will have to pay them a bonus for Bellingham winning the Champions League.

Oh, I see. Shame. 1997 and 2004 were probably our best chances for another 1-2 CL wins as well. 2004 especially with Scholes' disallowed goal and looking at the teams Porto later beat to win the competition.

For all the study and analysis of Real and how they so consistently manage to win the CL and how that mentality as a club contributes towards that, Dortmund seriously need to be studied for the opposite reason.

That collapse last season in the league was absolutely woeful and the door was open again tonight, only for them to finish 2nd once again.

Maybe it’s the focus on young players, or maybe it’s a lack of belief that they can win the big prizes, but they are very much the team you would want to face or come up against in a pressure situation.

It was a bad sub vs PSG and it was a bad sub today

Adeyemi pace pushed Hakimi and Carvajal back when Reus came on the 2 right backs had more freedom
