Not sure if there is a link but if you go on their website and go to their bundles and select which one you want, on the top right it says Have an offer code? If you enter GETSKYNOW you get taken to a site where everything is half price. Full package with HD Sports and Movies is £37.88.

Unfortunately mate, it looks like you're tied in for the year. There's a 14 day cooling off period at the start where you can cancel free of charge but once that's elapsed, you're stuck with them for the duration of the contract.

Say that you want to speak to the manager and that you have been mis sold the package and that you will take it up with the ombudsman if they do not give you a reduction. Basically they will just try to make you go away, most people will, but if you dig your heals in they will appease you.
Be put through to cancellations and do cancel if it comes to it considering you're within the cooling off period. Then sign up again at half price and get BT infinity! They won't let you cancel though. Retentions will give you the discount for sure. If they dont then you can still forcefully get it as explained above.

BTSportEurope channel started broadcasting today and it looks horrible. That sidebar with the fixtures and news is just retarded. And the best part they show it all the time - even when they show a replay match
Can anyone else confirm this shite Sky Sports News style layout is being used? They already went over the top with stupid 'BT Box' gimmick, surely they aren't actually leaving this sidebars on when the season starts proper?
It is at the moment. Definitely wasn't when I watched that game live earlier in the day. When I looked earlier this morning is was the Sky Sport News screen. It better not be like that when they CL games are on.

They offered to buy out my broadband contract, when I rang about BT sport. But I refused as I was on 150Mb with Virgin and BT had nothing that could top that.
I am watching the Fortuna/Paderborn game at 12.30, so will see how it is then, They are showing the Wolfburg/Bayern game atm and I watched that live last night and the screen was normal. Maybe they are doing it when they are showing replays but not the actual live game.

They also said that I cant just cancel the sky and then sign up again as there is a 12month time period where if you cancel you cant sign up again.

The only thing they offered was free fibre optic broadband. so i would still have to pay £19.99 for BT.

If you can cancel within the cooling off period, cancel.
I was with Sky a few years back, and I had the 20mb broadband package. For the duration of two years, my net speed never exceeded 1mb as I lived too far from the telephone exchange.
LEAVE while you can.
Ask them to match the price they are offering to people now or you will cancel. Can you register the service at a family members address in your wifes/your name? That way you can cancel and get 50%.

how's the broadband on BT? it seems cheaper albeit a lower rating than virgin, but performance is more important than stats
Yeh I have Kodi, never properly got to grips with it though. Always had trouble finding streams and then when I did I couldn't rely on it not buffering.

When I was with Sky I always tried to cancel the Sports package during the summer; they sometimes offered discounts like a third off in response.
BT look like they are here to stay and have built up a nice football portfolio. Sky's business plan and strategy on the other hand is all over the place. Hard to justify spending £40+ p/m on league football alone.

I was watching it on my phone mirrored to the tele, and it was shite quality. Decided to swap to browser + hdmi and can't get it to work. Went back to the android app and it's not loading.
BTs website is fecking dreadful. I tried to use it a number of times last season and ended up using illegal streams instead.
