Aye, that'd be perfect, then I'd never look at RTE again. That's true, but I have BT in hd. I am hoping they still give it as part of the subscription when their CL coverage starts.

Hargreaves, McManaman, and to a lesser extent Ginola, are all bitter bastards. Scandalously one-sided analysis there.
Michael "I'll just agree with anything the ref does, so I don't have to come up with any insightful stuff" Owen. Has there ever been a worse co/"expert"-commentator?
Its better than setanta / espn used to beThis channel is dire for football. The rugby coverage is actually very good in comparion. But look at their pundits:
Owen, James, Ginola, McManaman, Hargreaves. All talk out of their arses.

I particularly liked when Owen was about to highlight how Welbeck dived and that there was no contact at all. In the middle of the sentence, the replay actually did show contact and he had to change it to "yeah, but it's not enough to go down for me. Webb is still bang on and I totally love the guy". Top notch stuff.
Nah the best one was when he watched a replay of Soldado basically catching the ball but decided that Webb couldn't be wrong so said 'I don't know what Evans is appealing for there'.
Cretin.
The pundits will slowly start moving over from Sky to BT. It is inevitable.
That much is about 7/8ths of football pundits.I'd rather watch/listen to anyone other than that smug conceited bitter scouser with the mullet.
It's a good deal for the actual coverage of what you get and the features they have during games like showing the pointless stuff like managers on a little screen in the bottom corner rather than making you miss the game. The only issue i have, like may others, is the pundits. They'll improve on this next season i'd imagine.
But how could they have ever thought that this years lot were going to be half way good enough? Surely a five minute conversation with any of them would reveal all you need to know. fecking hell they'd have been better taking Keyes and Grey back from the middle east station they're on atm.
Why do the media feel the need to get every ex-Liverpool player involved in punditry? Most of them are so clueless you'd swear they never played the game.
Can't believe that there is someone out there that thought it would be a good idea to employ Michael Owen to talk about football. Meanwhile Steve McManaman has to be up there with Craig Burley as the most hateful cnut on television.
Heard Gary McAllister for the first time co-commentating on the Chelsea game, have to say he sounded very good compared to the rest.

I'm no longer watching us on BT. We always seem to lose or draw when on BT (at least thats how it feels without me actually going through the results)
feck BT. ESPN was the shit.
They'll have too many of the viewing rights next season which leaves us with no option but to watch football on their channels unfortunately.ESPN & Setanta were way superior to BT
I'd rather go without watching the football than watch BT
