Television Breaking Bad

Wonder if it will ever be revealed that it was he who allowed the junkie girl to die?

Probably not

All of them know he has blood on his hands, runs a meth empire and has continually lied to them.
Skyler's actions have led to Ted being paralysed (indirect or not). She had an affair with him out of spite to Walt. She's insanely jealous of her sister and is possibly the most bipolar character ever to appear on television. Yet she's supposedly a "victim".

Skyler was a cnut long before Walt dabbled in the drug trade.

Quite fanciful, but the one-year anniversary of that plane crash must be approaching soon (Good old Saul was still wearing his remembrance flower in last night's episode! :D) and maybe the 'Jane and her dad' story might rear its head again, especially in Jesse's mind. Maybe Jesse might put two and two together (hell, it appears that every character on the show is capable of coming to extremely rapid conclusions - Walt with Krazy-8, Hank with Heisenberg, Jesse with the ricin cigarette etc).

It wouldn't be a stretch for the writers to fit in one more with Jesse realising that Walt allowed Jane to die, especially when Walt vaguely alluded to being at Jesse's house that night when Jesse drugged him at Gus' lab.

And if that happens then people will know walt indirectly caused the plane crash or something.

The man is worse than Hitler!!!

Of course she was a victim. Walt used the drug money to pay off their bills and his cancer treatment. All the while she though the money was being financed by Elliot. She was continually lied to by Walt, often left alone to deal with an unplanned pregnancy. Most of this wouldn't have happened if Walt hadn't tied to "Help" his family.

And when is she insanely jealous of her sister?

Oh, during the same pregnancy when she whored herself to her boss, is that the one?

Even from early on in the show, way before Walt got into the meth business, she was very controlling of Walt, telling him what he could and couldn't do. It's no wonder that Walt felt he had to tip-toe around her and keep secrets from her. Then you had her petty behaviour of going off for hours without any explanation just because she thought Walt did the same (he was doing it out of good intentions, lest we forget). That she thought this was perfectly acceptable and feigning this "fugue" state to back to Walt tells you all you need to know about her personality/character.

Oh, and how about smoking whilst heavily pregnant? Remember that scene when a stranger copped her putting a cigarette in her mouth and shook her head disapprovingly, but Skyler smirked and went ahead anyway? More victim behaviour I suppose?

And when is she insanely jealous of her sister?

Err, her absolute meltdown to Hank when she tore shreds off Marie?

You're fecking weird. She fecked Ted after after she had Holly not that I am condoning it.

And all the rest of the crap was down to Walt's behavior. And yes I suppose Skyler was magically supposed to know that her husband was out there killing people and producing meth and be thankful to it. She was suspicious of his behavior and any woman with half a brain would have been. A pregnant woman whose husband had pretty much been AWOL and she's supposed to be thankful for his good intentions?

And what meltdown to Hank?

Everything about Skyler makes my blood boil. She's just an hysterical, annoying person. Even the way she took the revealing of Walt's cancer out of his hands was a bitchy thing to do. I've had people in my family with cancer and they would have known about it for days (weeks in some cases) before they had the nerve to approach the subject with you. Skyler took all that away from Walt with her hysterics and self-centred attitude. That set the tone to my dislike for her from then on, and it has gradually increased episode on episode.

Just to make it clear. I am not a Skyler fan and she's a bit annoying but I can sympathize with her

Loved the episode. The confession tape was the highlight of the show, Walt totally owned Hank there. Also, the way Walt lied to his son, fantastic.

Although I predicted that Jessie will find somehow about the cigarette, didn't like the way it was realized. Even Walt would have had struggle to make that link so fast.

I think it doesn't seem like that big a leap when you consider that Jesse already suspected that Walt had Saul take the ricin at one point.

Not reading any of this thread, but I've seen 8 episodes today. About to start the 9th.

Thought you all would like to know.

A quick question to all the lads who are rimming Skyler: Can you name one scene where she tells Walt she loves him? I cannot think of a single example. The closest she ever came was in the first episode when she gave him a half-arsed handjob whilst viewing her laptop at the same time.

She's a fecking witch.

P.S I still have yet to receive a proper response regarding exactly why Skyler hates Walt so much (going back to S1). She hadn't one shred of evidence to support her hysterical behaviour yet she treated Walt like a piece of dirt. The audience knew of Walt's activities but she didn't. For all she knew, Walt could have been telling the truth. And when Walt does admit to his misdemeanours, there's not one morsel of understanding, sympathy or empathy from her.

Never mind all of that, though. Anyone who has the temerity to dislike her is automatically a misogynist.

I still find myself rooting for Walt even after all the shit he's done. There won't be a dry eye in the house if he's killed off! :(

Okay I need to stop. It's going overboard.

Apparently I'm already on season 3. Feel I just started watching.

3 seasons in 1 day? What a waste
 not In a day. But I think I just started watching 10 days back. I've had loads of episodes recorded so been watching two a day. Today I've gone nuts and watched 10. Incredible show.

That's when it starts getting really good. If anything I picked up my pace on Season 3.

I predict you'll be fully caught up before the next episode.
I won't. I'm watching recordings so after a few episodes I'll be watching an episode a day as per the telecast here. Probably for the better!

Im with you man, she needs to die along with f f f f flyn, (what a colossal twat by the way, he thinks his dad is a recovering gambling addict and wants him to gamble more so he can have a brand new dodge charger for his fecking SIXTEENTH birthday, tosser) marie, hank and jesse. Also Lydia needs to get nekkid and ride Huell, that would be the funniest and most twisted tv romance ever.
