Strange how Phil Jones seems to have found his way on there despite already being at the club.

There is no doubt Juve want the deal. Right now they have the leverage as we want the deal concluded quickly, they can wait until 2nd Sept. We can't agree to a high transfer fee plus Nani and Chicarito. I would keep the discussions going, begin looking at other alternatives and if we need to do the deal conclude it in the latter stages of the transfer window when Juve's leverage is not so strong.

The longer it goes on the pressure comes more on Juve because if it is left to the last minute they won't have time to line up a replacement

Hummels actually looks like Woodward!

Something about Woodward reminds me of Pedo-Kennedy from the Inbetweeners.

Sky Sports just mentioning the comments of Hernandez's agent there. Wonder if that swap deal is actually a goer?

Just seen Javi Martinez is injured for 4 months?! Inevitable bid from Bayern incoming?

"Bookies have SUSPENDED BETTING on Arturo Vidal moving to Manchester United. The betting shops usually know something we don't and so to suspend betting on the Chilean leaving Juventus must mean Louis Van Gaaland Ed Woodward have finally got their act together and are preparing an offer. Meanwhile the Chilean's agent has told South American reporters there will be some "news soon"..."

So... It's on?

 How on earth is Hernandez agent/dad now Arturo's agent? Because Felicevich said no such thing, it was Chicha's dad who said there will be news soon on Chicha's future.

They really don't know anything at all. They suspend betting based on the amount of money being put on him joining United, nothing more, nothing less.

At first I thought 6 pages since last night must have meant something big has happened. After glancing through these 6 pages though, is it fair to say all that's happened is SSN have started reporting what was said in that Chilean paper yesterday about a possible Hernandez swap? And now they aren't even reporting that anymore?! :(

Fecking small turnout to welcome Juve to Singapore. When United rolled into town
back in 2001, the turnout was 20 times the size. Vidal didnt look too happy in the vid.

Arthuro is clearly non-plussed with the scanty support. If it was MUFC touching down he would have been mobbed.

To be honest, that's probably the entire population of Juventus Supporters in Singapore.

Saw Evra in the clip, I think it must be beginning to dawn on him on this trip what a step down it is
in terms of world wide support that Juventus is getting as compared to United. As a United player,
they wouldn't be able to walk the streets without security.

Evra's probably enjoying that.

With Martinez out until January, it wouldn't surprise me to see Bayern go for him. And they'd get him too. It wouldn't take weeks. Maybe a day or two.

Yeah like the day or two that it took them to get Martinez.

Singapore has a dedicated Manchester United bar covered in memorabilia and is extremely busy. When I was there I saw hundreds of United shirts. We had just got the tartan check one and I saw an entire family. Mum, dad, two young children and a baby in matching tops. Was quite a sight, managed to snap a pic :D.

Someone needs to get Vidal in a headlock and drag him in there.

Wow, "what a step down". Evra went to Juventus, one of the most recognized and supported clubs in the world, not to Chievo.

Former English colony has tons of fans of English football - shocker. Show some humility.

Firstly, BRITISH colony.

Secondly, we have gone to Korea, Japan and other countries that weren't UK colonies that had crazy followings devoted to United. Indonesia was a dutch colony and we had hundreds of thousands of fans turn out when we toured there.

The truth really hurts, but like another poster said, United have massive crazy following in other parts of Asia as well.
I wasn't boasting or bigging up United's support in anyway but thats the way it really is.

You are right of course, Juventus are a big club in their own right.

Doesn't mean shite. Last year, bookers suspended Thiago to United many times during summer and guess what? " there was no contact".
Sack Moyes, Sack Woodward. Promote De Gea

Juventus CRUSH Man Utd's hopes of signing £40m Arturo Vidal
JUVENTUS boss Massimo Allegri claims that Manchester United target Arturo Vidal will not be leaving the club this summer.

The Red Devils are desperate to land the Chile international, with reports claiming that United have offered £40million plus Javier Hernandez and Nani.

Louis Van Gaal has only signed two players since taking the reigns at Old Trafford, splashing the cash on Southampton's Luke Shaw and Athletic Bilbao's Ander Herrera.

With the futures of midfielders Anderson and Marouane Fellaini looking uncertain, the Dutchman is keen to bring in a big-name signing to boost morale, and believes Vidal is the man to lead his side's charge towards the Premier League title.

Bundesliga Champions Bayern Munich are also keen on bringing former Bayer Leverkusen man Vidal back to Germany, although the 27-year-old is said to have his heart set on a move to England.

Vidal himself added fuel to the fire after being pictured signing United shirts in Australia after it was claimed that Juventus had set a deadline for the transfer to be completed by.

However, new boss Allegri has moved to quash reports that Vidal is set to join United, telling reporters during a press conference at Juventus' training camp in Singapore: "Vidal? He's not going anywhere."

Lots of United fans here in the states, and I think we won our (first) war against the British. Not so much the second one though.
