Arturo Vidal

If Vidal is fit we should pay the money. If - for 50m- we get 4-6 moderately successful years (as a club) out of him fit, it will be worth the fee vs buying two 25m players who turn out to be no better than Fellaini or Cleverley.

I'll never understand why Sky Sports News is considered in any way reliable.
Same. They are cringeworthy this time of year. The way they put about on deadline day allowing shite loads of pikeys to harass the reporters. They are last in the line for transfer information

If he wants to come to us then he should tell that to Juventus......he can where he is.....he had enough time to do it

I agree. If he really wants to move, he should just tell Juventus to shine their pride real nice, turn it sideways and stick it straight up their candy asses.

Some players are just pussies when it comes to make a decision. At leats, Rojo had the balls to tell Benfica to feck off and to put up that transfert request.

United love to hype themselves as the biggest/richest club in the world...which has a negative effect whenever they try to sell unwanted players.

20 million for an Unwanted 4th choice striker!....zero chance

It amazes me that there are people who claim that Sky Sports does not report rumours, when they do that EVERY single day both on TV and on their website.

The funniest is when they report a rumour of a transfer then instantly show you the odds of it on Sky bet. Only an idiot would fall for that but it's a conflict of interests, they're spreading rumours they may know to be false in order to make profit for the Sky group.

if we pay 40 million pounds + Nani + Chicharito we are mugs

as much as I love the guy and the idea of Vidal and Herrera that would be ridiculous

it sends out a message to other clubs as well - when teams like Arsenal are able to buy players at a reasonable price you can ride Manchester United for ten million extra

There are other midfielders out there - Sami Khedira for one

Vidal is on a whole different level to Khedira. 40 million pounds plus 2 players that we don't need/are a bit shit - I don't see the issue.

That's always been the case though unfortunately.

We seem to pay a 'Manchester United premium' on all our transfer targets.

I'll never understand why Sky Sports News is considered in any way reliable.

Especially when it's mentioned as gossip. People recording it on their phones and uploading it for proof are literally mental. We're through the muppet looking glass.

Nothing new, Delany reported last night that Juve are refusing to negotiate Vidal's transfer, but we are still hopeful and trying. Yup, we are doing a 'Fabregas' again.. If there is no hope for a breakthrough then what's the freakin point.

tbh I haven't seen a single report from a reliable source linking us with Vidal so I am pretty sure we never have been in for him & we definitely won't be signing him, especially as LVG has basically suggested any deals would be done before the season starts and that's like 2 days time so...

Woah, so you're basically saying that we're signing him tomorrow ?

Woohoo, rejoice muppets!
