Surely people can express their opinion even it is a bit deluded, I find things like that just a bit of fun, if people take it seriously that's up to them.

Sooner than that... in fact, I just announced "Vidal". My wife looked at me funny, but the dog barely flinched.
It was disruptive. He posted something cryptic then deleted it, and remained vague. Leaving behind two pages of people begging for PMs. The caf has one of the highest tolerances for BS i've ever seen so for the mods to take action it has to be pretty serious.
Every single day I keep hitting refresh and checking Twitter. Very, very little happems and I swear it off forever. Until something vaguely promising appears at the end of the day, leading to me getting sucked back in and streaming of what wonderful news is going to greet me in morning. Then I wake up and repeat the routine all over again.

To be fair I cant see a reason why this can't drag to the very last day of the window. Seems that Juve are reluctant to sell at lower price, but it the price is right they will be ok with that. In essence he's available, there isn't any other team that is in for him and we want to get him as cheap as possible, and Juve, having realized that he is not 100% committed are ready to cash in if the price is right.
With the time running down it's up to United if they can meet somewhere in the middle(or pay over the top) if they want to buy Vidal. He's recovering as well so it's unlikely that his value will go up and down based on appearances in August. It's just the negotiation part that can take some time and most possibly will. It's either the time running out, Vidal pushing a move or a third party trying to hijack the deal. The last two seems to be unlikely at the moment so I tend to believe it's #1.

They can do well with the midfield options they have IMO. Even if they lose their best player I think they have the quality still. Besides they can still inquiry about other players during that phase and depending on how things pan out they can react IMO.
