How come when Real Madrid or Barcelona want a new player they just have to click their fingers but with us it's always that interminable wait to see if our bid is accepted?

I don't rate him.
Is this the reverse physcology thing???Hope this doesn't happen and if we are truly dealing with them I hope it breaks down.
I wanted him to join us but then we bought Herrera. Not compatible.
Holding my breath for a different reason than most on here...

It's on and off more than a whore's knickers.Amigos, this is ON!
Why would we need more quality when we've already got "I'm a Van Gaal type player" Captain Cleverley??If we do get him then a certain Mr LVG thinks they're compatible. Or there's at least room in the squad for them both.
Adding quality to our squad that's as short as ours is rarely a bad thing.
Thread title should be changed to - 'today is the day' or 'this week is decisive' or 'is it on'?
I vote 'is it on?'
I vote "On-Off-On-Off-" then it can just be updated with the latest On or Off.Surely it has to be "here we go again"?
But isn't that the problem with social media? A spotty little kid sitting in his smelly bedroom somewhere in the world invents a rumour and within hours it's tweeted and FB'd and whatever else across the internet and it becomes fact because so many people are saying it?There's too much smoke now for there not to be a fire somewhere.
It seems a fact we've tabled a massive bid. It seems a fact Arturo and Juve are mulling it over. It has been suggested Liverpool are in for Vidal as well. Liverpool are in the CL of course but they'll be dropped quickly.
If Arturo is thinking of leaving for greener pastures, the choice between a united and Liverpool is a no-brainer.
Perhaps Evra can help us out one last time.

You guys are in for another big let down. It's not happening.
La Stampa is reliable bare in mind
Clearly vying for a new contract. Which he will get!

Juventus-Vidal, you decide: The United offers 60 million
On arrival the agent of Chilean Fernando Felicevich, with the proposal of Van Gaal, manager of the Red Devils
JULY 28, 2014 - MILAN
Massimiliano Allegri carries a big doubt as Arturo Vidal will still be part of the team or will be sold? Tonight arrives Fernando Felicevich, procurator of the Warrior. It has a number of offers to be presented at Juve. The most important, it seems, is that of Manchester United who seems willing to guarantee to Juve 60 million for the card and Vidal a salary of around 8 million per year (plus bonus) for four seasons: in practice, the double than the Chilean perceives to Juve (contract renewed a few months ago).
THE SITUATION - What will Felicevich Marotta encounter that probably will be tomorrow? Vidal that will not go away, looks great in Turin, but would like to earn the same amount proposed by the British otherwise accept the transfer. Juve can not possibly match the offer of Manchester United and even approach them. So it is normal to think of an assignment. Allegri would be happy confirmation of Arturo, but he also knows that Juve could not refuse an offer of 50-60 million. And that money would be invested in part to a prominent player and not just for an attacker to average level, ie the objective indicated by Marotta few days ago.
Sums up the whole thread. It seems we're ready to splash the cash.
Or we maybe aren't..
