Over Bruno who would move into midfield.Other side? As in wing back? Or over Bruno? That's not happening

That works!Over Bruno who would move into midfield.
I wouldn't mind that either because Bruno is so dumb with his pressing at times. Guilty of following a player across the field leaving a big gap to walk through.Over Bruno who would move into midfield.
Seems like I had a bit of a whoosh moment there thenI was joking mate. I think Garnacho has got stuck in a bit of a rut and I think it would be very difficult for him to turn it around and progress here. He started out promising a few years ago but has developed some bad habits.
I will say that in the last few games (aside from yesterday), he did seem to be trying to be more of a team player and be a bit smarter with his decision-making.
Ultimately the club has failed him by almost forcing him to play at times due to other poor attacking players around him, which was probably not the best for his overall development.
I total agree I think it would be a mistake to sell him and/or Mainoo. They are both our brightest talents going through a bit of a rough patch currently but they are both young lads, young players tend to have a weaker season after an amazing breakthrough season. On top of that we ask them to carry a team that has little quality when it comes to experienced players, which makes the current situation not any easier for them. We need to hold on to our academy players how are still young. There are others I want to see out of the door first before we should even think of selling the kids.I dont want to sell him.
I know he is not there yet and that he has room for improvement, but what 20 year old does not? He has a lot of potential, we should not be selling Academy players like this...
He's one of the most dribbled past players in the plI wouldn't mind that either because Bruno is so dumb with his pressing at times. Guilty of following a player across the field leaving a big gap to walk through.
Makes senseHe's one of the most dribbled past players in the pl
4 of them against Barnsley. Are we seriously looking to sell him this month! That would be crazy. Yes, he hasn't been performing up to his previous levels, but he's young and this inconsistency is expected at that age. The drop in form is magnified due to the fact that we are relying on him to perform each game while the entire playing team as a whole is in the midst of dreadful form. If he goes this window, how do we expect to replace someone who has had 12 goal contributions in this disruptive season? This is compounded by the fact that we will have Rashford going out as well, who also had 10 goal contributions in 5 months. How are we going to replace these goals and assists for the remainder of the season?
4 of them against Barnsley.
A total of 4 in the pl this season.
He's not playing notably worse than last season either. And no we are not relying on him, amad does far more as does Bruno. If he could play close to that level then this would be different.
His overall game isn't great, and he doesn't fit well into our system.
Read earlier that Amorim wants to bring in players before finalizing some of these dealsWe are surely buying a couple of attacking players if we are willing to sell/loan all three of Garnacho, Antony and Rashford, right?
Dorgu, a cm and a striker would be swell.Read earlier that Amorim wants to bring in players before finalizing some of these deals
There is no way we will sell him without replacing him.I'm not suggesting that he is in anyway close to Amad or even Bruno in terms of performances this season. But he still contributes just like his assists in the games against Liverpool and Arsenal this month. You can't expect Amad and Bruno to play each and every minute of all the remaining games this season.
My view is that, if he is to be sold, then do so in the summer window, else how are you going to replace his contributions. The profiles of players being targeted by the new regime point to younger players. If we bring in someone young this window, we will most likely see inconsistent performances again, so not much of a difference from that perspective.
I understand from a PSR perspective what it means, but unless it has a significant impact on the ability to purchase a top player this window, I don't see how a sale makes sense right now.
No fecking thank you.If we sell him to Chelsea, we should get Felix on a 6-18 month loan with option to buy. He could work quite well in the #10. Chelsea don’t really need or want him. When chelsea signed him, they got his wages down to a more affordable level I believe - around £130k. They would probably also be ok to take a transfer fee hit on him. I still think there is a player there - it’s just that his career has been entirely mismanaged.
We have to, I think the reason we can only be remotely interested in selling him is if we have a couple of targets lined up and Wilcox and Amorim believe that those would serve the team better. I could see us go for Cherki and Dorgu in the hope that both play their roles on the left better. We are surely buying a couple of attacking players if we are willing to sell/loan all three of Garnacho, Antony and Rashford, right?
No we fecking thank you.
I think it’s a “par” deal at 70m not an incredible deal tbhImagine if we actually can get them close to 70m as some are suggesting. That would be an incredible deal for us
Please. He's nowhere near Amad technically. Posters are seriously overrating Garnacho here. Why are we even considering selling a player who could have higher ceiling than Amad?
